Techno Main College Review.

Placements: The placement scenario in this college is very good. Last year, many reputed companies visited the college. I think this college is good for placements. If you work hard, you can definitely get a good placement from the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Wi-Fi is available for students at all times. Classrooms are clean. Labs are well maintained. The canteen is small but good, and there are two canteens available. Sports facilities are good. Many clubs are present.

Faculty: Faculty is very good. They are knowledgeable, and the teaching is excellent. They make students feel comfortable in their studies and prepare them for the industry. Exams are a little tough. If you start learning from the beginning of the semester, you can score good marks in exams. Teachers here are very good.

Review of Techno Main Salt Lake placements, faculty members, and college life.

Placements: The college placements are quite good. I heard that many MNCs visit the college like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and Deloitte. In our department, more students are placed with the highest package of 56 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. If we study well, then it is guaranteed that we can get a high package.

Infrastructure: I think PG is very good and very well maintained, but a little expensive. Labs and classrooms are well-furnished. Wi-Fi is also available here.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they give many notes for the semester exams. The course curriculum is relevant. Our teachers are very good, they are student-friendly. Semester exams are quite difficult. But if we study well, we can pass exams very easily. So this is good. The courses they offered are very good. Many courses are under B.Tech, BCA, etc. So I think this college is good for pursuing a degree. I suggest students get admission to this college.

Placements: Techno Main Salt Lake, where I am studying, has a good placement record till now. At present the number of students in my batch is approximately 70. The average package offered to students of our department is 3-4 LPA. The placement rate in our college for our department is almost 90%. The top recruiting companies that come to our college are Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Google, Bosch, TCS, IBM, Wipro, Capgemini, and Accenture. Roles offered to students are software engineer, web developer, machine learning engineer, and app developer.

Infrastructure: Our college has given different facilities for the comfort of students, like the availability of Wi-Fi facility. There are a number of computer labs, chemistry labs, physics labs, mechanical labs, and electrical labs, all equipped with the latest devices and air conditioning for the comfort of students. The hostel has comfortable rooms with air conditioning, available for Rs. 7,000-8,000 per month. The food in the mess is average. The medical facility is quite above average, but there is no sports and games area.

Faculty: Teachers in our department are very helpful, cooperative, and friendly with students. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their respective subjects and explain all topics in quite detail to students. These courses are relevant and help students grow in their respective fields. The difficulty of semester exams in our college is quite above average. The passing percentage of students in every semester is between 60-70%.

Other: In this changing world, one of the most growing fields is the computer or tech industry, and in the few upcoming years, it is going to become one of the most important sectors in the world of industry. So, I have chosen this course for a better future and a larger scope of career. It would be better if the courses decreased their syllabus a little. There are various events that occur in our college, like Tech Fest, which goes on for 3-4 days, with Edge and various other seminars and programs.

Really good infrastructure and placements are decent here, not so bad.

Placements: Many companies visit my college like IBM, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, etc. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA. There's also a 60 LPA package that stood here from LinkedIn, but it was outside of campus. Around 80% of students got placed here.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities provided here. Classrooms and labs are well cleaned. Labs have the latest equipment. Library also has a variety of books but it is very small. There are no hostels here and our campus is very small. There are two canteens here, one for veg and other for non-veg. It has 2 playing grounds, and various sports are played here like cricket, football, etc.

Faculty: Faculty members are very much helpful. They are very much knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good here. Semester exams are not very much difficult here, if you have studied you will surely get marks. Pass percentage here is around 90%. It is very easy to get marks in semester exams, if you have studied.

Other: I chose this course because I love Maths and Data Science field consists of Maths very much too. In our course, more industry knowledge should be given to students, college needs to improve here. There are many fests happen here like Exertion for sports like cricket, football, etc., for men and women. Anakronas is the biggest fest in which famous bands and celebrities come. Campus crowd is also very high here. Many IT companies are there in college surroundings.

My Eventful and Memorable College Life.

Placements: The highest package went upto 60 LPA which was off-campus and on-campus the highest went upto 24 LPA. The average package goes upto 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, WIPRO, IBM, PWC, ACCENTURE, CAPGEMINI, COGNIZANT, etc. Companies only come for placements and not for internships. The students have to look for it on their own. About 30-40% students get internships and almost 80-85% students get placed.

Infrastructure: A Data Science lab is also there in the college. The classrooms include fans, benches, projectors, AC, etc. One library, including a reading room, is present in the college with full availability of Wi-Fi within the campus. A variety of food is available in the campus and is of good quality.

Faculty: The teachers here are equally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and useful too. The semester exams are a bit challenging as the exams are held by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University. The pass percentage is 70-75%.

Other: The best thing about the course is that it is very prominent and demanding in the industry. The events and fests here are held every year and are some of the most memorable moments for the students. All kinds of extracurricular activities are held here.

Techno Main Salt Lake is a decent college. There is no campus life but it has good placements.

Placements: Placement of Techno Main Salt Lake is decent. According to me, the average package of placement is 5 lac. But there is also the highest package of 9-10 lac that is cracked by some students but it's off campus. The placement cell of Techno is really good; they focus on each and every student in each branch. Approximately half of students got placed before there course was completed .

Infrastructure: At first there is no hostel in Techno Main Salt Lake, so we don't have any hostel life as well as nightlife. There is no Wi-Fi for students in classroom and there is a very big network issue on campus; the library is very small, and there is only capacity for 50 students.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful; they always help students and teach in new ways, but the physics department of my college is very serious and rude. They are very strict with there rules and regulations. The semester examination is a little tough in my country; if you study throughout the semester, you can easily pass.

Placements: Almost 55% of the students in my course have been placed till now from our Department of CSE (AIML & this). The highest package is 18 LPA, with an average package of 6 LPA, and the lowest package being 3.6 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. Almost 25-30% of students have secured internships in companies like Vehere, Keysight Technologies, Feynn Labs, Code clause, Bharat Intern, etc. The top roles offered in my course are Software Developer and Data Analyst.

Infrastructure: Our Department is highly decorated, boasting smart laboratories and superfast Wi-Fi connections in all labs and classrooms. Labs are equipped with highly upgraded computers featuring Ryzen 5 processors, with four labs allocated for our department, each containing almost 60-70 computers. The classrooms are spacious, capable of seating almost 70-75 people at a time.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are exceptionally helpful, dedicated, and friendly to students. They are highly qualified, with most holding Ph.D. degrees from various renowned universities in our country. While the course curriculum is mostly relevant, I would say not 100%. It prepares students for the industry, but not entirely. Therefore, our department organizes industry-level programs, seminars, and classes frequently. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate, with a passing percentage of 40%. Each carries 5 credits.

Other: I chose this course because I am highly fascinated by computer science, especially AI, ML, and the types of advanced technologies included in the course itself. Apart from these, I wanted to become more industry-relevant by learning data science and AI.

Overall, this college is highly rated in all curriculum like placement, campus, infrastructure, etc.

Placements: Our college provides very good placement for their goals. In this college, many companies offer paid internships in 3rd year like TCS, Cognizant, etc. Our average package for the CS branch is 8–10 LPA and the median package is 6–8 LPA. About 90 percent of students were placed.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is also very good and on this campus, cricket grounds, table tennis, etc. provide types of clubs like technical, sporting, cultural, etc. Computer labs, mechanical labs, and electrical labs are also provided by our college and seniors recommend gaining many new skills, like robotics.

Faculty: The faculty are best of this college if you understand any lecture, then you ask your doubts to your faculty, and then the faculty solves your problem. If you understand language, then the faculty provides both types of languages. Faculty are also highly educated.

Other: College campus life is good in this college, which provides cricket ground, football grounds, etc. And many club are in this college like cultural, technical, etc.
