University College of Science, Osmania University offers courses across different domains, and different programs . Every year students give entrance exams by studying hard and rigrously spending time solving questions just to get into such a university . This university offers 751 seats across all programs which then gets sub-divided among the departments and programs in order to ensure justice with every domain of study  . It usually varies  between 80 to 120 and depending upon the circumstances that may influence the seats.

Osmania University's University College of Science provides courses in many different kinds of courses and programs.Approximately 800 students get admission each year to UCS for all B.Sc. numbers that are allowed. Due to yearly changes in programme offers or admission capacities, this may differ slightly.Each B.Sc. specialisation has a different particular intake capacity. The programs offered by Osmania University are UG, PG, and PhD. TS EAMCET, TS ICET, and other entrance exams are some of the accepted by Osmania University. Candidates must meet both the Osmania University TS ICET and TS EAMCET cutoffs in order to be admission.In order to be accepted to Osmania University, candidates must meet the minimum anticipated TS EAMCET cutoff.The anticipated cutoff points for the Osmania University TS EAMCET are 800–110000 in the general category and 3000–125000 in the SC category.However, a number of factors, including the number of applications, the difficulty of the admission exam, and the availability of seats, might affect the cutoff marks from year to year.

Some Advantages of New Science Degree College are, NSDC probably has fewer class sizes than UCS because it is a smaller college. This may result in teachers giving students additional attention and maybe improving student interaction.They too provide good placement.

Candidates must complete Class 12 with at least 40% aggregate to apply for University College of Science Hyderabad BSc programme. Compartmental and instant examination candidates: candidates passing the qualifying examination complementary or through instant examination are treated alike and are also eligible to apply. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.
