This college will give you lots of memories, but not a good placement.

Faculty: The strongest point here is the faculty members. They are very collaborative and very good. You will get all the help from them. As this is an autonomous university, I know exam pressure is just a hill, so give your exam and get your degree. You will get lots of time with no attendance tension.

Overpriced and underwhelming, a wasted opportunity.

Faculty: Semester exams at Ebay Badman are generally described as moderate to difficult while some papers can be passed by studying previous years questions other can be unpredictable and tough a key requirement for appearing in exams is maintaining a minimum of 75 perccent attendance to pass sessional or practical subjects its 50 percent exams is reported to be quite high around 70 to 19 to 95% in some accounts particularly if friends there to class nodes and faculty guidance.

Decent college with supportive faculty, but average infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful, though teaching quality varies. The curriculum is somewhat relevant but not fully industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass percentage is generally around 70- 80%. Teachers are strict.

Great college with supportive faculty, good infrastructure, and strong placement opportunities.

Faculty: Exams are held in a very disciplined manner, it is not very difficult but on a good level if you focus on lectures you will ace it. Curriculum is strict and faculty is very experienced very interactive teachers and computer labs available for students to practice coding under the guidance .

UIT, BU has its pros and cons. It depends on students what they want.

Faculty: Teachers are quite interactive, helpful, and professional. Since it is a college, you have to look out for yourself, the food will not be placed on your plate by itself. Semesters are mostly easy, but for some courses, it is a nightmare. Courses make students theoretically ready, but for industry, you have to do things on your own, like DSA and development. They are not taught by professors like any other college. Many students prepare for GATE and other exams.

I'm disappointed with faculty's behavior. But good placement in 2015 off-campus.

Faculty: Teachers are not helpful but knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and teaching quality is good. Semester exams are moderate. Pass percentage is 30%. Course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready to get jobs on their own. Semester exams are easy to moderate.

Faculty members are not that bad.

Faculty: For studies, the college is not that bad. Some faculty members teach very well while some don't. I am from the CSE department, so the syllabus is very much similar to the GATE syllabus. So we can study both simultaneously. Semester exams are not that difficult. We can pass them if we have attended all classes and checked PYQs.

A brief review of UIT Burdwan College on what to expect and how things are there.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and highly knowledgeable. If a student asks a doubt, they always try to solve it and ensure that the topic is clearly understood. While the curriculum may not fully make students industry-ready, those who strictly follow it can perform well in industrial interviews. The semester exams are somewhat difficult, and the pass percentage is 40%.

A college with great facility so if possible go for it.

Faculty: Teachers give quality education. They are helpful. The course makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams to tell the truth are pretty hard and the passing percentage is 80%. Teachers even motivate us before exams so that we can do great in exams.

Placement is a real issue in 2025.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful for students who show their desire to learn new skills. The course curriculum is relevant, which makes students industry-ready, by helping them learn the basics of OS, DBMS, CAN, and SDLC. Semester exams have medium difficulty. The pass percentage is 80%.

UIT, University of Burdwan Review.

Faculty: All the teachers are qualified; all have PhDs and are working on various research projects. They are very helpful. In our curriculum, a student is well versed in every subject, which he can later go and work in the industry. We have the best chance of passing the semester exam, but on average, 75% of students succeed.

UIT Burdwan: Good or bad review?

Faculty: The faculty in the computer science department is good compared to other departments. Since this college is autonomous, students have less pressure regarding academics, but you need to study a little more to achieve good grades. The curriculum follows an old syllabus, so if you are targeting placement, you must dedicate extra time to learning from other sources.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Some faculty members are knowledgeable while the others are not. They are very helpful and qualified with at least an M.Tech degree. The curriculum depends on you, if you are passionate about a particular department then it would not be a bad deal. Every course here is designed for the students to become industry ready. The semester exams are of mid level, you can easily pass them by studying the previous year question papers. The passing percentage varies department to department with highest b...

If you live near Burdwan and want to pursue a degree in B.Tech, this college is the best.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified; that's why they are teachers at a B.Tech. college. And about their behavior towards us, I will say they are very helpful and kind towards us. And about the semester exams, yes, they are tough if you don't study, but if you study, they will be easy for you .

UIT: The experience you should have at least once.

Faculty: The faculty are good and very supportive; they will never let you down. There teaching method is also very good. I would say the course curriculum is rather outdated. The semester exams do not put much pressure on the students. Just listen to the faculty; all the things are taught in class itself. The passing marks are 40 out of 100 in semester exams.

The faculty at UIT Burdwan is generally qualified and experienced. However, there are mixed experiences reported by some students. The faculty here is very keen on improvement in academics, but some students need to do some self-study also to complete industry readiness.
