Yes, it is worth doing BBA from UPES. UPES University is one of the popular universities in India. UPES Dehradun is approved by UGC and was established in 2003 through the UPES Act (2003) of the State Legislature of Uttrakhand. UPES has campuses in Dehradun and UPES (Admission Office) is located in Delhi. Yes, candidates who complete Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate can apply for BBA course at UPES - Experience Centre. The selection criteria for the course is UPESMET UG/UGAT/CUET UG/Merit + PI, PI + SOP (Global BBA). Candidates whose score less than 50% in Class 12 are not eleigible for admission.

Yes, UPES - Experience Centre conducts UPESMET for aspirants who did not appear or secured the required marks in CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, CUET PG or GMAT exams. UPESMET is an online entrance exam conducted for a duration of 2.5 hours. Check below the exam pattern for UPESMET:

Candidates are selected based on merit and an entrance exam. The university accepts multiple entrance exam scores, such as GATE/CMAT, etc., for courses like BBA LLB, MTech, MBA, etc. The university offers courses in multiple filed such as Management, Engineering, etc.

 UPES Dehradun offers over 72 courses at the UG, PG and PhD levels through nine schools and UPES Centre for Continuing Education (CCE). The courses are offered in multiple streams like Engineering, Management, Science, Business, etc. The university conducts its own entrance exams like UPESMET, UPESMET UG, UPESPAT, etc. for providing admission to specific courses. Apart from these, UPES Dehradun also accepts national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CUET UG, NEET, JEE Main, etc. Candidates after completing Class 12 can apply for UG courses. A minimum of graduation is required for PG courses. 

No, the UPES - Experience Centredoes not accept the MAT score for MBA admissions. On the other hand, the UPES School of Business does accept the MAT score, with a minimum eligible MAT/CMAT 2024 score of 70 percentile exempting students from the UPES Management Entrance Test. Therefore, if you have a MAT score and are considering applying for an MBA at UPES, the School of Business would be the appropriate choice for your application.
