NEET 2025 Answer Key for Codes 45, 46, 47 and 48; Download PDFs
NTA released the NEET 2025 final answer keys on June 14, 2025. Candidates can compare the final answer key with the provisional NEET answer key 2025. The NEET answer key can be downloaded through the direct link provided below. The answer key solutions PDF for codes 45, 46, 47 and 48 for the three top coaching institutes can be accessed by downloading the PDF through the direct link.
As compared to the provisional answer keys, there is a change in one question. In the provisional answer key, the question had one correct answer, but the final answer key had two correct answer options. The questions and the correct answer options are given below,
"A full wave rectifier circuit with diodes (D1) and (D2) is shown in the figure. If input supply voltage Vin = 220sin(100πt) volt, then at t = 15 msec."
(1) D1 is forward biased, D2 is reverse biased
(2) D1 is reverse biased, D2 is forward biased.
(3) D1 and D2 both are forward biased
(4) D1 and D2 both are reverse biased

The NEET 2025 provisional answer keys were released by NTA on June 3, 2025. Candidates can check the official NEET answer keys for each set (45, 46, 47 and 48) at the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. NTA also released the provisional answer keys, scanned images of the OMR answer sheet, and recoded responses. Candidates could submit objections or challenges by paying a non-refundable fee of INR 200 online. The NEET 2025 objection-raising window was open till June 5, 2025. The NEET result was declared on June 14, 2025.

Controversial questions in NEET 2025
There was a question in the Chemistry section of NEET 2025 that had two correct options. The provisional NEET answer key 2025 also mentioned two correct answer options. Take a look at the question and correct answer options below.

Incidentally, the unofficial NEET 2025 answer keys by coaching institutes had also mentioned these as correct answer options.
The NEET exam was held on Sunday, May 4, 2025. The NEET 2025 question paper sets were 45, 46, 47 and 48. In a first, NTA has made the NEET question paper sets in numerical order, instead of alphabetical. Commonly asked questions
While NTA releases the NEET answer keys PDF, it does not release the detailed solutions or the answer-solving procedures and explanations. On the other hand, experts from coaching institutes release detailed NEET answer key solutions and candidates may refer to those to note the correct and effective way of solving a question. Hence, to understand if the answer solving methodology, test takers will not have any official source of reference, but would have to rely on the unofficial sources only.
NTA sets up a special committee consisting of academic experts that review the objections and take decisions about the challenged NEET official answer keys. After the NEET provisional answer keys are released, candidates are given the opportunity to file for objections. The objections have to be raised within the stipulated date and the expert committee with assess the validity of the objections and then take a call on it. Candidates are also given the option to send files as proof to substantiate their objections.

What after NEET 2025 Answer Key PDFs are Released?
Once the NEET answer key PDFs 2025 were released by coaching institutes, test-takers did the following:
- Cross-verify the solutions marked with the answers available in the answer key
- Count the number of correct and incorrect answers
- Multiply the total number of correct answers by 4 and all wrong attempts by 1
- Then subtract the total marks from NEET maximum marks i.e. 720
- The formula to calculate the estimated scores is as follows:
NEET 2022 Score = (4 x number of correct answers) - (1 x number of incorrect answers)
