Placements: For our electrical engineering course, the 2023 batch had a 68% placement rate. The salary packages offered range significantly, with the highest at 11.9 LPA, an average of 3.9 LPA, and a lowest of 2.5 LPA. Top companies like Torrent Power, Adani, L&T, and Siemens are common recruiters on campus. While specific internship states aren't published, most students secure one. Graduates are typically offered roles like graduate engineer trainee and other core engineering positions.
Infrastructure: Overall average. You can avoid a hostel if you are hygienic and prone to mild diseases. Labs & library are good, and classrooms are basic. Wi-Fi is available but spotty. Hostel facilities and mess food are average at best. Canteen is a decent alternative. The college has good sports grounds.
Faculty: The electrical engineering faculty is knowledgeable, but teaching quality varies. Proactive students get the most support. The GTU curriculum provides a strong theoretical foundation, but you'll need to pursue your projects and internships to become truly industry-ready. It gives you the fundamentals, but practical application is largely up to you. Semester exams are predictable and based on the syllabus, making them manageable. Placements: Provides very good placement for students. My course in this college offers better study compared to other courses. Regular exams are conducted by the faculty members for special subjects. Companies like Adani, Reliance, Torrent Power, Tata, etc., join for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very attractive. Provides very good placement for students. My course in this college offers better study compared to other courses. College was better than what I expected.
Placements: In my college, I don't know about all branches but in my branch, around 55% to 60% of students placements were done in the last year. There were so many companies that came for placement; some examples are Torrent and many others. Also, in 2021-22, the average package was 3 to 4 lacs per year and in 2023-24, the average package was 5 to 7 lacs per year and the highest package was 35 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was nice. There were also labs and Wi-Fi also available. But there in library it was not too nice because in library only books related to engineering were available; some storybooks or inspirational books also want to be available in library, which are not there
And there in the hostel facility was nice; we had a bed, table and chair with an attached balcony and 24/7 water available, but for food it was not nice; in all, the weekend night menu was nice, but on other days not nice.
Faculty: In college, there were some faculty members who were nice, who taught us very nicely and tried to complete their syllabus and teach us with full understanding and attention, but some faculty members were not very nice. In my first semester, my syllabus of that subject was not completed. Because they do not teach us nicely. In college, the exam system was nice and my exam—I've seen that paper—was harder than we had expected.
But we have given our best in the exam.
Other: The college was surrounded by the residential area and garden, malls, and food places, and there was a very nice nature area, like a green area. The college campus was full of trees, which was very nice as a green college. The transportation system was nice because the college was in the center of the city.

I have not a single doubt that the college has a good reputation in my state.
Placements: 80% of students get their placement in electrical engineering. The highest package till now was 21 lacs; the average was 6 lacs, and the lowest was 2 lacs. Reliance, Hitachi, Adani, and torrent companies are there for recruitment. 95% of students get internships each year.
Infrastructure: The campus is good, with enough amenities. Particular blocks for different engineering Computer, electrical, and electronic labs are there. We have a central library with a vast book collection. We can get a book with our ID card and enrollment number. In sports, there are on-going teams like football, cricket, and badminton.
Faculty: The teacher is so supportive. Most facilities are graduated from IITs. They have vast knowledge of their subjects. An electrical course is something that is directly connected to industry so we get projects that help us clarify our topics in depth. There are 2 semesters each year, with 2 midterm exams.
Other: To begin, the electrical department is in high demand both in India and abroad. It's an evergreen branch. We have knowledge about chips, circuit and many more things that are highly used in this era. Fests like Vishwachup have a couple of events, like sports activities and drama competitions.

It's very good and satisfying college, unlike its hostel and canteen.
Placements: In our college, 60% of students got placed. In our college, the highest salary package offered is 24.75 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Torrent Power, Infosys, Infochip, Silver Touch Technology, Tatva Soft, Surekha Technology, etc., visit our college for placement.
Infrastructure: In our college, the best thing is its infrastructure and the environment. It has good library and many books are available for reading. In our college, Wi-Fi facility is available and the speed is very good. But facilities provided in hostel are poor, rooms are very bad and not so good. In our college, canteen is very poor quality and the food is neither hygienic nor fresh. The best thing is its sports ground and sports activities.
Faculty: In our college, all professors are well-qualified and have Ph.D. in their field. Professors are very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They help students in many things like studying, doubt, and practical knowledge. This course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are average and not so hard. Pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because it's very good in our state and college is top in Gujarat. In my course, hostel and canteen need to improve. Many events are held like technology, sports, and cultural activities. Overall this college is the best in Gujarat, unlike its hostel and canteen.
