Absolutely dissatisfied because of no placements.
Placements: -> We didn't get any placements for our batch and for our senior batch. They had charged a placement fee but the placement officer couldn't even provide one placement.
-> In our batch, around 4 students got an internship in BSNL and there was no stipend offered.
-> I heard that even now (2017), there is no placement provided.
Infrastructure: Coming to facilities:
-> There is no Wi-Fi.
-> The electronics block labs were not up to the mark, 3-4 students used to share the same equipment and they used to charge 250-300 every year as breakage charges.
-> Classrooms were okay with more windows so the light was not a problem.
-> The library was good, they used to provide two books per person (most of the books were of an old edition).
-> No medical facilities were there.
-> Compared to all, sports and games facilities were good.
-> There was no canteen, but at the end of my 4th year, a small canteen was opened and it was okay.
-> Hostel rooms were not on the college campus. They were at a walkable distance with normal facilities.
-> Transportation, as far as I have seen, only 6-7 were using this facility.
-> The parking facility was excellent. You could even park a few BMTC buses.
Faculty: -> A few faculty members whom I had come across were excellent (qualified and knowledgeable) and a few were below average (qualified but had a lack of knowledge). As this was the same problem in other colleges, all faculties could not be good, there were few worst ones as well. Teaching methods were completely dependant on lectures. They used to cover 4 units and few lectures were covering 5 units.
-> The student-faculty ratio was 10:1.
-> I didn't get any Industry exposure
-> The course curriculum is useful even now as well.

Other: INFRASTRUCTURE: The infrastructure and facilities available on campus are not amongst the very best but not very bad also. They claim to have different buildings for different streams but finally they make students enter any vacant classroom irrespective of their stream. Library fails in having sufficient number of books required, you will find 10 books which no one would want to borrow but 1 good book which is prescribed in the syllabus copy or just students favorite is always in less numbers. HOSTEL: Hostel facilities I heard were not good, though I can’t comment much about it as I have never been there(I don’t even remember if there is hostel for girls). TRANSPORT: Transport available only for certain happening localities(mostly close by). LABS: Lab facilities - not bad. FOOD: No good cafeteria. Forced to go to nearby restaurants after canteen was closed (now at least there are very good restaurants in vicinity but then(2004-2008) we hardly had any options. FACULTY: Shortage of lecturers seen every semester and students never get to choose the electives of their choice as college authorities force on them subjects for which they can arrange lecturers. PLACEMENT: Campus placement seems to be fine though not very good compared to many other neighboring colleges.
