For last year, the closing rank for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) was 47464 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College is a Government College which is located in Ajmer. Whereas Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences is a private institute. The fees structure in both colleges varies extensively in JLN Ajmer fees is 2.47 Lacs and in HIMSR it is 72 lakhs. Both in teaching aspect are same and have good feedback from the students. JLN Ajmer is old college established in 1965 whereas HIMSR was established in 2012. 

So, in conclusion both college have their positive and negative aspects. Both are best in one or the other ways.
