It is average compared to other government design colleges, but far superior than the private ones.

Placements: Usually, people get good placements with a decent salary of around Rs.30000 - Rs.50000 per month. You also get many internship opportunities, especially after 3rd year, which trains you pretty well for the industry, and helps you build a strong portfolio.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average with good architecture but not maintained. The hostel is available only for girls. The campus is big enough and has enough capacity to host good events. The only place the college lacks is the hostel facilities and there is always a rush to the mess.

Faculty: Faculty members and curriculum are good in our college. They provide lots of learning opportunities and good resources. We don't have exams, but rather project submissions which give us a more hands-on learning experience. Assignments also require extensive research and working with teams. So it's a pretty professional environment.

Lucky are the people of this college as they can interact with various good departments.

Placements: Everyone gets placed from the college if a person does his work well. The campus placement opportunity is the best, which the college can provide. The placements could be of more worth if compared in numbers. NIFT Gandhinagar being one of the most prior institutions manages to get all students hired and help them regarding placements. Anyone can attend the interviews, and in this institution, one can go to all the centres and appear for any company they want to.

Infrastructure: Luxurious life is not a part of this institute, and this helps students to focus on their work. Although all the facilities wherever required are provided and whenever the college lacks the facilities, they try their best to fix it and keep it up to date.

Faculty: Everyone in the college, the faculty is keen enough to give inputs. It's just upon the students how they grasp the things which are taught to them. One of the best faculty members in each department makes this campus an all-rounder. One can learn a lot from their fellow mates as well as what they are taught is one of the best ones which the students get can get in the name of knowledge.

Other: In my college, we have an annual fest named Spectrum. Then we have regional festivals Janmashtami and Navratri being the most significant ones. We also have inter-college fest named Converge.

Excellent college for Accessory Designers! Good faculties!Great exposure! Awesome opportunities!

Placements: The placements are good with each student getting into the choice of their field (product, jewellery, packaging etc.). There are both on campus as well as off campus placements that takes place, giving students a whole lot of opportunities -jewelry designer, jewelry cad designer, product designer etc. The salary ranges from 3-5 Lacs pa as a fresher. Almost all students get internships through college to whichever companies/ brands they wish to work with. Faculty members are always there to guide and give proper directions seeing the interests and academic performances of the students.

Infrastructure: The Infrastructure of the campus is well developed and efforts are made to improve it constantly. It's a Wi-Fi based campus with major Wi-Fi points all over the campus. There are labs well-equipped with machinery, studios to work and air-conditioned audio-visual rooms with slide projectors. The library also known as Resource Centre has lot of facilities from Wi-Fi to ongoing trendbooks and journals and other books that students might require. The mess serves delicious food with varieties everyday. The campus is neat and tidy with various clubs- social, sports, literary and cultural for the development of students evtra curriculars. Hostel rooms are spacious and furnished with cupboards, study desk and chair and single cots.

Faculty: The college has highly experienced and qualified faculty members. They are co-operative and friendly in nature. They are highly proficient in teaching and take mentoring sessions as well. Self research, presentations, practicals, demos in labs etc. Are few methods taken during teaching. The faculty members are very motivating. For a better understanding, students are taken for various industrial visits as well. There are interactions with aluminis, seminars and workshops are conducted to enhance skills and knowledge of students. The whole course curriculum is useful if taken seriously and worked upon appropriately.

Other: There are several events that take place all along the year- cultural events, sports events, fashion shows, exhibitions and competitions. Students are given full opportunity to showcase their extra curricular skills by participating in various events organised by college and others. There is media coverage for most of the events as well as academic displays. There are inter-college events as well. The campus crowd is average. There are festive celebrations in the campus where students decorate the whole campus with their creative ideas. Scholarships are offered to the needy and students who are eligible for it.

Very much satisfied with faculty and their teaching abilities.

Placements: Almost everyone gets the placement except who don't want to take the placement from college. Placements are always more than our expectations. I think 99% of the students get placed every year. I don't know actually about the highest one but the average is around Rs. 50,000 per month and the lowest is around Rs. 30,000 in the accessory designing department.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games etc., are in good condition. The problem I see is sitting problem faced by students on stools. The quality of labs is very good. I think best quality of food is available in the canteen according to my experience till now.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is excellent according to me. In NIFT practical knowledge is taught. We get industry exposure also. The course curriculum is very much useful and helpful in our future. They teach us to be the best designer.

Other: Events most probably occur every week like social events. Fest is always have something creative in it. The campus crowd is nice and helpful.
