Shiksha.com got Charitha N Reddy's exclusive interview today where she explained about the preparation strategy she followed for NATA, fitness tips and also her plans ahead for higher studies. Excerpts:

Q. What was your preparation strategy to get good marks in NATA 2020?
A. I was preparing for NATA since last two years. I joined D Q Labs for coaching after passing my Class 10. As there were a lot of changes in NATA 2020, so, I attempted as many mock tests possible for being adaptive to changes during the exam.
Q. How much you used to study daily? How did you keep yourself fit during the studies?
A. Studying for NATA is like a stress buster for me. During my Class 12 board preparation, I used to study for the entrance test whenever I got time. To remain fit during the studies, used to play different outdoor sports with my friends.
Q. How did your parents help in the NATA 2020 preparation?
A. They didn't put any pressure on me. They were very supportive. They just asked me to study well and didn't pressurise me to get good rank or marks in the exam. They also helped me getting relaxed whenever I felt a bit stressed.
Q. What will be your preferred institute after qualifying NATA 2020?
A. My preferred institute for BArch will be Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT), Ahmedabad; R V College of Architecture (RVCA) Bengaluru.
Q. After BArch what are your plans means a job or higher education?
A. I want to do masters in design but I haven't decided yet. I will choose it after completing my course.
