GITAM GAT 2026 Application Form: The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) has released the GAT 2026 application form for the current phase. The last date to apply for the current phase is March 25, 2026.

The application form is available online only on the official website, gitam.edu. Candidates can apply for the entrance test online by registering, verifying their email ID and phone number, filling in the details, paying the application fee, and printing the online application. The application fee for GITAM GAT 2026 is INR 1200 for one group, and INR 2400 in case the candidates applied from 2 different groups.  Candidates interested in filling out the GITAM GAT application form 2026 have to fulfil the eligibility criteria. The application fee to apply for GAT 2026 is INR 1200. However, if a candidate applies for two different groups, they have to pay INR 2400.

Candidates have to pay the GITAM application fee before the last date of registration. Application fee of GITAM registration process can be paid online only using credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI.

GITAM GAT Application Form - Various Groups

Candidates have to review the following groups. Note that candidates may apply for one or more programs within the same group using a single application.

  • For example, if a student wants to apply for both BBA and B.A., they may select these two programs and pay INR 1200/-.
  • In another example, if a student desires to apply for both B.Tech. and B.A., they may select these two programs and remit a payment of INR 2400/-.

Documents Needed to Apply for GAT 2026

Candidates have to upload their passport-sized photo. Check details below:

Format of the photo The photo must be in JPEG/JPG format.

Dimensions of the photo

The dimensions must not be larger than 35 mm X 45 mm.

Size of the uploaded photo

Also, the file size must not be larger than 1 MB.

Note: The photo upload and application fee payment for GITAM GAT application form 2026 must be completed before the last date of registration. GITAM GAT 2026 dates can be checked on the official website of GITAM - gitam.edu.

  • Candidates have to enter their name, gender, date of birth, nationality, address etc. Also, here candidates have to upload the scanned documents of their photo.
  • Applicants also need to select test centre for centre based examination.

Review and Pay the Application Fee

  • Check all details in the form carefully and edit the details if needed. Finally, pay the application fee to submit the form.

Q:   What are the colleges that accept PCM and GAT marks only as a CUET score?

CUET colleges 2025 list has been released. At total of 205 Universities in India will offer admission through CUET UG. Accepting universities include 47 central universities, 26 state universities, 7 government institutions, 22 deemed universities and 102 private universities. These universities include Delhi University (DU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Central Punjab University (CPU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Jamia Milia Islamia, and Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) amongst others. GAT exam is conducted for a duration of 60 minutes for BBA and 90 minutes for MBA. Candidates must attempt 100 for BBA and 200 questions for MBA within the given time duration. Q:   Can I appear for GAT more than once?
A: 

Each student can appear for the GAT exam once for one course in one phase. Authorities does not provide re-appearing students with credentials by considering it an unfair practice of duplicate application. Candidates can apply for courses while filling the single application form. 

Q:   How can I take GAT demo test?
A: 

To take the GAT demo test, students must:

  1. Go to official link provided: gitam.edu
  2. Screen will display login page; enter the following details:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Course
  3. Click on tab 'Start'
  4. Screen will now display GAT online test demo
Q:   What are the documents required to fill GAT application form?
A: 

Before filling the GAT application form, candidates must ensure to keep the following documents ready:

  • Any valid Government ID proof.    

  • Educational Qualification details.    

  • Scanned clear passport photograph in JPG/JPEG format either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background.    

  • Scanned clear signature in JPG/JPEG format.    

  • Scanned class X or equivalent Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.     

  • Scanned copy of Certificate for Appearing/Result Awaiting Candidates.     

  • Valid e-mail ID and mobile number.  

Q:   What is the mode of GAT exam?
A: 

GITAM Admission Test will be a Computer Based Test (CBT). The exam will be held in online mode. Candidates will have to report at allotted GAT exam centre. Each candidate will be provided with desktop and mouse. Candidates will have to use mouse to mark the correct answer on screen. In CBT mode, exam duration will be mentioned on the screen.

Q:   Can I select multiple courses for admission through GAT?
A: 

Yes, candidates can apply for multiple courses after fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Candidates can select multiple courses while filling the GAT application form. Candidates can login with the same credentials and apply for multiple courses.

GITAM GAT exam is not as tough as JEE Main exam, but it needs good preparation. Thus, candidates should focus well in their class 12 boards preparation and also in class 11. This will be enough to crack the GITAM GAT exam.
