National Institute of Technology Meghalaya ranked 72nd in the Engineering category by the NIRF in the year 2023, which was released recently. Last year, the institute ranked 60th in the Engineering category. In the same category, NIT Meghalaya ranked 59th in the year 2021. This year, NIT Meghalaya fell 12 ranks to rank '72' in the NIRF ranking. This is the second consecutive year that NIT Meghalaya has slipped in the rankings. NIT Meghalaya JEE Main Round 6 cutoff for Computer Science Engineering is 19175 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota.
