  • Avoid covering all the topics in the last week as this would result in tension
  • In the last week, revise only the notes prepared while learning a subject
  • Grab a paper and write all the important formulae of each subject for quick revision
  • Practice previous year papers.
  • Take as many mock tests as possible to enhance confidence and boost time managing skills
  • Eat healthy and sleep well, this would help in to remember all the topics

Tips on managing time properly

Time management is an important factor while preparing for any competitive examination. The students could attain time managing skills by taking as many exams as possible and organising time effectively. Divide the total time into slots for each subject to ease the exam process. Based on my personal experience, I can say that do not spend too much time on a particular question and save time.

High-scoring Topics (Chapters/Preparation Strategy):

The subject-wise scoring topics of JEE Main are as follows:

Revision Approach/Study Plan

Covering and revising all the topics is crucial to prepare of JEE Main. Revision is important to get good results. This year due to COVID-19 the second session of JEE Main has been postponed. This has given more time to students to prepare for JEE Main got more time than expected. Every student should utilise this time for revision.

Class 12& JEE preparation side-by-side

It is not difficult to manage Class 12 and JEE preparations simultaneously as all the topics are the same. Ensure all the main topics are covered during the exam preparation.
