The university also accepts NATA/JEE Main scores for admission to BArch. The selection of students in BTechis done through LEET counseling. The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females.

Admission to the BTech programme at IIT Ropar is completely entrance-based. Candidates must first qualify JEE Main and then JEE Advanced, after which seats are allotted through JoSAA counselling based on their All India Rank
