BTech CSE highest package data is not released. However, the average and median package recorded during IIT Madras BTech CSE placements 2025 was 53.2 LPA and 46 LPA.

Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and IIT Bombay are one of the best colleges in India that provides BTech along with various other programmes to students. IIT Varanasi BTech admission is based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Students qualify Class 12 from the recognised board with 75% marks for general category and 65% marks for SC/ ST. PwD candidates.

IIT Bhubaneswar BTech tuition fee amounts to INR 8 Lacs for the four-year course. The fee per semester comes down to INR 1 lakh. Haridwar University accepts entrance exam scores for admission to most of the courses. Aspirants have to apply online or offline for the preferred course with any of the accepted entrance exam scores. Candidates can also appear for HUAET conducted by the university. Once selected, aspirants need to pay the course fees to confirm their seat.

Top companies such as Top One Percent, Amazon and Google participated during Medicaps University placement 2025. Top One Percent offered the highest package of 48 LPA whereas Google offered highest stipend of INR 1.10 lakh per month.
