GUJCET Counselling 2026: The exam body, Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), will release the GUJCET 2026 counselling dates after the results are declared. Candidates who wish to participate in the GUJCET counselling 2026 will have to visit the official website to register. While registering for the GUJCET counselling 2026, candidates can fill choices of colleges and courses and make changes in their choices. The ACPC released the GUJCET 2026 seat allotment after the registration was done. The complete counselling process is conducted online. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of the merit list. GUJCET 2026 counselling process and seat allotment will be conducted in two rounds. The first round allotment of seats was based on candidates' scores in GUJCET 2026 and the second round seat allotment on the basis of JEE Main 2026/GUJCET.

GUJCET Counselling 2026 Procedure
To participate in GUJCET 2026 counselling, candidates have to register online, fill in choices of institutes and pay the registration fee online. The complete step-by-step GUJCET counselling registration process can be checked below.
Step 1-Fill the GUJCET counselling application form: At first, candidates have to register online on the official website gujacpc.nic.in. Candidates have to provide their basic details like name, mobile number, and email address at this stage.
Step 2- Login and Fill GUJCET Counselling form: After the completion of GUJCET counselling registration, candidates have to log in and fill the complete form of GUJCET 2026 counselling. At this stage, candidates have to provide details of communication address, parents' details, gender etc.
Step 3- Upload Scanned Images of Photo and Signature: After filling the application form, candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature. The size and resolution of scanned images have to be in accordance with the dimension mentioned by ACPC.

GUJCET Counselling 2026 Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates have to fill in choices for GUJCET Counselling 2026 online. The process of GUJCET 2026 choice filling is online. Candidates have to fill in their choices of preferred institute and branch of study by logging in to the ACPC portal. Candidates will be able to add, remove, swap, and move the choices within the last date of choice filling. After completion of the GUJCET choice filling process, candidates will go for the choice locking. Check all the filled choices and submit the choices of course and college preference. Click on the “Unlock choices” in order to make any changes in the locked choices before the last date of choice locking.

GUJCET 2026 Seat Allotment
The ACPC will announce GUJCET Seat Allotment in June 2026. Candidates can check the GUJCET seat allotment result by logging in to the ACPC portal to know about the course and college allotted to them for admission. If a candidate wants to accept the seat, then he/she has to freeze the seat within the provided time. After freezing the seat, download the bank challan and make payment of the tuition fee. To pay the fee online using net banking/credit card/debit card. If a candidate wants to go for the subsequent round of counselling then he/she can apply for it at the same time.
Reporting to the Allotted Institute/College
After making the fee payment online, candidates can download the admission slip. Report to the allotted college on the given date and time. Carry all the required documents such as admission slip, payment receipt/challan, information letter, etc.
