Step 1: Fill the KALSEE Application Form

To fill out the KALSEE application form 2026, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

• Click on the link available to fill up the application form
• Fill all details asked in the application form, such as:

• Once all details are filled, review the online form and click on Submit button. Your KALSEE application will be submitted.

Step 2: Pay KALSEE Application Fee

As the next step, candidates need to pay the KALSEE 2026 application fee in online mode via credit card/debit card/internet banking. KALSEE application fee is as mentioned below:

Once the application fee is successfully paid, the candidate's KALSEE application process will be complete.

Once the online form is submitted and payment is authenticated by Kalinga University officials, the candidate will receive an email within 24 hours, mentioning his/her user ID, password and URL to book the slot for the test.

Candidates can thereafter click on that URL and schedule the test as per their preferred date, time and test centre. It may be noted that since the test slots are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, the allotment of the selected test centre and time cannot be assured by exam authorities. On successful scheduling of the test, a confirmation email will be sent to candidates.
