AMUEEE 2026: Dates, Registration, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus, Admission Process

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducts the Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Examination (AMUEEE) to provide admission in engineering and architecture courses offered such as BTech/BArch/BE in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology. Candidates with an interest in pursuing their undergraduate engineering degree from AMU can apply for the exam.

Candidates will be able to access the AMUEEE 2026 application form online at amucontrollerexams.com. While filling out the online application form of AMUEEE 2026, the candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. Their photograph and signature also has to be scanned and uploaded according to the official specifications. Candidates will have to pay the AMUEEE 2026 application fee online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. If the fee is not paid, then the application form will not be submitted.

AMUEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

BTech, BArch

All candidates who have cleared Class XII with at least 50% aggregate marks in the following subjects fulfil AMUEEE eligibility criteria 2026 for BTech and BArch admissions.

OR

All candidates who hold a diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks meet the eligibility criteria for the AMUEEE exam.

BE Evening

Candidates should have a diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch of study (mentioned below) with a minimum of 50% marks.

Diploma in Engineering

Candidates should clear Class XII with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in English, Maths and Science subjects. Also, candidates should pass English, Maths and Science subjects individually in Class XII.

Age limit: The age of candidates had to be a minimum of 21 years as of July 31 in the year of admission.

Candidates should clear a higher exam with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English subjects.

The authorities will release the AMUEEE 2026 exam pattern online. Through the AMUEEE exam pattern 2026, the candidates will be able to check important details of the entrance examination. Candidates are advised to carefully go through information such as examination mode, duration, sections, type of questions, total number of questions, marking scheme, etc. Before starting the preparation process, the candidates are advised to check the pattern so that they know what to expect in the examination. AMUEEE 2026 admit card will be released online. Registered candidates will have to log in using the required credentials to access the AMUEEE admit card 2026. Through the AMUEEE admit card, the candidates will be able to check their allotted exam centre address, date, timings, guidelines and more. While reporting to the exam centre, the candidates will have to bring their hall ticket and one original valid ID proof. If the candidates fail to bring these documents, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination.
