The LIC AAO syllabus of Reasoning Ability is similar for the prelims and main exam because the topics are not defined in the LIC AAO notification. The only difference is the level of difficulty of questions in the prelims and main exam.

The LIC Syllabus does not provide details about the topics of the tests. The candidates need to prepare each topic in its entirety so they can attempt any question. In the prelims, the reasoning ability questions are relatively simple compared to the main exam. They can be easily solved within the time limit, but the questions of the main exam are relatively difficult.
