NABARD Grade A Result
NABARD Grade A result is announced online separately for prelims, mains and final selection. The marks of all the stages of recruitment are announced together after the declaration of final result. The merit list for the prelims exam is prepared in the following manner:

Stages of NABARD Grade A Result
The result of NABARD Grade A is declared in the following stages:
NABARD Grade A Prelims Result
The preliminary exam comprises eight sections. The total marks for the test are 200. The preliminary exam is only qualifying in nature and is meant to serve as a screening test. On the basis of NABARD Grade A prelims result, candidates in the ratio 1:25 are called for the mains exam. In the prelims exam, the qualifying sections are Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making. The merit sections are General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India. Shortlisting of candidates for the mains exam is based on marks scored in the merit section only. However, candidates need to clear the qualifying sections too.
NABARD Grade A Mains Result
The mains exam comprises both objective-type and descriptive-type tests. The total marks allotted to the mains exam are 200. Only those candidates are selected for the Interview who score the minimum cut off marks in the mains exam. Candidates in the ratio 1:3 are called for the Interview.
NABARD Grade A Final Result
The final result is declared after the completion of the interview. The interview for (RBDS/Rajbhasha) posts carries 50 marks. Interview for P&SS posts carries 100 marks. NABARD Grade A final result is prepared based on the performance of candidates in the mains exam and interview. The final result pdf comprises the roll number of candidates who have been finally selected as well as those who are on the waiting list. The selected candidates are called for document verification. After document verification, they are offered a letter of appointment.
NABARD Grade A Calculation of Scores
The scores of candidates are calculated in the following manner:
- The scores of candidates in NABARD Grade A exam are calculated based on the number of correct answers after deducting penalty for wrong answers
- For every wrong answer, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question are deducted as a penalty in both prelims and mains exams
- Normalisation of marks is done to adjust the difficulty level of question papers across various sessions. NABARD Grade A result is declared based on the normalised marks

NABARD Grade A Result: Tie-Breaking Policy
In the case of candidates securing the same marks, the ranking of candidates is decided as given below:
- Among those having equal marks in total (mains exam + interview taken together), candidates with higher marks in the mains exam are ranked higher
- In case of having equal marks in the mains exam, candidates with higher qualifications or similar qualifications, those with higher marks in graduation are ranked higher
- In case of the further tie-up, candidates senior in age are ranked higher
NABARD Grade A Cutoff
NABARD Grade A cut off is applied to the individual tests and total scores. To qualify for each stage of the recruitment process, it is mandatory to secure the category-wise, section-wise and discipline-wise cutoff marks.
