
NABARD Grade A Vacancies 2024: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development releases NABARD Grade A vacancies along with the notification. Graduate candidates who wish to work with NABARD can apply against NABARD Grade A vacancies for the posts of Assistant Manager Grade A (Rural Development Banking Service), Assistant Manager in Grade A (Rajbhasha Service), and Assistant Manager in Grade A (Protocol & Security Service). In 2023, a total of 170 NABARD Grade A vacancies were announced, out of the total vacancies, 161 were for Rural Development Banking Service, 7 were for Rajbhasha Service and 2 were for Protocol & Security Service. Aspirants who want to work towards rural development and economy then NABARD Grade A is the best choice. The selection process of NABARD Grade A for the post of Grade A (RBDS/Rajbhasha) comprises the preliminary exam, mains exam, and interview. NABARD Grade A Vacancies: Reservation for PWBD Categories
Reservation for PWBD candidates will be applied horizontally within the overall vacancies earmarked for various categories viz., UR, SC, ST, OBC & EWS for Grade A (RDBS)/Rajbhasha posts.
- The reservation will be provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD category as per extant Government of India
- The Bank reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of vacancies in any of the disciplines or not to fill up any of the vacancies or cancel the recruitment process, as per its
- Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming in the ‘Creamy Layer’ are not entitled to OBC They should indicate the category as ‘General’ (Gen).
- Reserved category candidates desirous of applying for the posts where the vacancies are not reserved, should apply under UR
- Out of 161 vacancies of Asst. Manager (RDBS) and 07 Asst. Manager (Rajbhasha), 08 vacancies are reserved for PWBD candidates under RPWD Act 2016 as per the details given in Table below. The overall PWBD vacancies include 01 LD, 02 (Category d+e) and 01 VI Backlog
All seven PWBD vacancies reserved for Asst. Manager (RDBS) are open to General & Specialised disciplines.

NABARD Grade A Salary
NABARD Grade A salary is INR 70,000 after calculating the monthly gross emoluments. The starting basic pay is INR 28,150 p.m. The pay scale is INR 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600. Candidates are eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. The pre-requistes are bank's accommodation subject to availability, reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility. Free dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalisation as per eligibility. Interest free festival advance, Leave Travel Concession, Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education of children, Consumer articles, Personal computer, etc.
