The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released NABARD Office Attendant notification 2024. A total of 108 vacancies were announced for the exam. Candidates who have passed Class 10 can apply for the exam. NABARD Grade C application form 2024 was released on October 2, 2024. The last date to apply for NABARD Grade C recruitment is October 21, 2024. The salary offered to candidates is INR 35000.

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) had invited applications for the post of Office Attendant in Group C in Subordinate Service. A total of 73 vacancies were announced for NABARD recruitment. NABARD Group C recruitment is conducted to select suitable candidates to various posts like Office Attendant, Drivers, Development Assistant etc.

NABARD Group C Eligibility Criteria 2024

The eligibility criteria are prescribed by the examination authority. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria for the post. NABARD eligibility criteria are the set of rules in terms of age and educational qualification which candidates are required to fulfil in order to be eligible for the exam. The eligibility criteria of NABARD Group C is given below:

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have passed Class 10 (SSC/Matriculation) from the concerned state/UT under the State/Regional Office to which he/she is applying.
  • Candidates should be a domicile of the state/UT.
  • Those who possess graduation or higher qualification are not eligible to apply. 
  • Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen category should at least have passed Class 10 (SSC/Matriculation) and rendered at least 15 years of defence service provided they have not graduated outside the Armed Forces.

NABARD Group C Selection Process 2024

The selection of candidates is done based on online tests (to be conducted in two phases, preliminary and mains exam) and Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The details of all the stages of the selection process are given below:

Preliminary Exam - This is the first stage of the selection process. All registered candidates are first required to appear in the preliminary exam. The exam paper for this stage is divided into four sections. The paper comprises a total 120 questions which candidates need to answer within 90 minutes. Total marks of the test are 120. The preliminary exam is qualifying in nature. Only those candidates who score sufficiently high in both individual tests and in the aggregate are shortlisted for mains exam in the ratio 1:25. 

Mains Exam - The mains exam is conducted for the shortlisted candidates of the preliminary exam. The exam comprises four sections and carries 150 questions. Duration of the test is 120 minutes. The test carries a total of 150 marks. 

Language Proficiency Test (LPT) - Those who qualify for selection and provides Class 10 and 12 marksheet indicating that the official language as one of the subjects will not be subjected to any Language test. In the case of others, LPT will be conducted at respective Regional offices after provisional selection but before the issue of an offer letter. Candidates not found to be proficient in the official local language will be disqualified.

NABARD Group C Exam Centres

The exam centres for preliminary exam and mains exam have been prescribed by NABARD. The online tests of preliminary and mains exam will be conducted across 22 states/UTs. The preliminary exam will be conducted in 125 cities. The mains exam will be conducted in 26 cities. 

NABARD Group C Exam Day Guidelines 2024

  • Candidates need to carry NABARD Group C admit card and photo-identity proof to the exam centre. 
  • Candidates should appear for the exam at their own cost.
  • It is not allowed to carry mobile phones or electronic devices to the exam centre. 
  • Candidates should report to the exam centre prior to the reporting time.
  • Candidates reaching late will not be allowed to appear in the exam.

NABARD Grade C Salary

The selected candidates for the post of Office Attendant in NABARD will receive a gross monthly salary of INR 35000. Along with the basic salary, they are entitled to various allowances such as:
