RBI Grade B Exam Centres 2024:  Reserve Bank of India releases the list of test cities for prelims and mains exams along with the notification. The Phase 1 exam is conducted in more than 100 cities. The mains exam is conducted in more than 20 cities. Interview is conducted at some of the exam centres announced for the mains exam. Candidates are required to select RBI Grade B exam centres while filling the application form. Candidates can choose one exam city each for prelims and mains exams. RBI Grade B exam centres are allotted to candidates on a first-apply-first-allot manner based on availability. 

 

Q:   How tough is RBI Grade B exam?
A: 
RBI Grade B is considered to be a challenging exam and it tests candidates knowledge of economic, finance, and management. The exam is conducted in three phases-Phase 1, 2 and Interview. The Paper 1 exam is held for 200 marks while Phase 3 carries 300 marks. The interview carries 75 marks. The difficulty level of each phase varies, with Phase II being generally considered the toughest. However, with proper preparation and practice, candidates can certainly crack the exam. The tips and tricks to crack the exam are given below: Candidates should first go through the exam pattern and syllabus inorder to understand the structure of the exam After going through the syllabus, candidates should make notes of the chapter-wise topics. After completing each chapters, they should revise these topics Candidates should attempt mock tests inorder to improve their speed and accuracy Candidates must analyse their performance after every mock tests and work on their weak areas Candidates should should stay calm and focused They should prepare a proper study routine and follow that diligently
Q:   Is RBI Grade B exam conducted every year?
A: 

RBI Grade B exam is conducted every year. The exam is conducted to select candidates for the post of Grade B Officers. The selection process comprises phase 1 exam, phase 2 exam and interview. The marks obtaibed in the phase 1 exam are not counted for final merit list. The final selection is done based on the phase 2 exam and interview.

Q:   What are the factors to become an RBI grade B officer?
A: 
To become an RBI (Reserve Bank of India) Grade B officer, you will need to meet the following requirements: You must be a citizen of India You should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum of 60 per cent marks or equivalent grade You should meet the age limit criteria, which is 21 years to 30 years for general category candidates You should be proficient in the official language of the state in which the bank is located Additionally, you will need to pass the RBI Grade B Officer Examination, which consists of three phases: Phase I: Online objective examination in General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. Phase II: Online objective examination in Economic and Social Issues, and English (writing skills) Phase III: Interview.
