•  Internet Explorer (version 11 and above) or

Pre-Requisite for applying online 

Before filling the UPPCL JE 2021 application form, candidates must be ready with the following documents:

• Scanned image of recent coloured photograph (File size should be 80KB (maximum) and in JPEG format only)
• Scanned signature of the candidate (File size should be maximum 80KB and in JPEG format only)
• Email Id
• Mobile No
• Mark sheets for 10th, 12th, and other relevant exams
• Ex-Serviceman retirement certificate (If you are an Ex-Army or Ex-Government of UP employee)

Steps to fill UPPCL JE Application Form

Step 1: Visit the official website

Step 2: Click on 'Apply Link' on the home page

Step 3: Click the registration link to register for the exam

Step 4: To register, enter the full name, father name, mother name, contact number, and email ID

Step 5: After successful registration, candidates will receive the application number (user ID) and password on their registered mobile number and email ID

Step 6: Candidates in the application form are required to fill personal details (communication details and category), educational qualification details, upload documents (photo and signature), sign the declaration, and pay the fees

Step 6: On successful submission of the application form and fee, candidates will be able to view their application form by clicking on track your application form. Candidates should take printout of the application form

Step 7: Candidates should deposit the fee online through SBI payment gateway

Note: The application sequence number and password are generated after successful submission of the application form

Candidates can pay the application fees through debit card/credit card/SBI net banking/Other net banking/E-challan. The fee for different categories is given below.

Few important points related to the application form are given below:

• Candidates should fill the application form carefully
• Take care while uploading photograph and other documents in the application form
• Only the latest coloured photograph should be uploaded 
• Keep at least one copy of the latest photograph uploaded at the time of application for further reference
• Candidates must fill the details carefully in the application form. After submission, candidates cannot edit or delete any field

Candidates who will submit UPPCL JE application form are allowed provisionally to appear for the exam. The registered candidates will be issued admit cards which they need to download online by providing the required login details.
