UPPCL JE 2024 Vacancy for UR, EWS, OBC & SC Categories

UPPCL JE application form is released online. The instruction to fill UPPCL JE application form are given below:

• Go to the official website.
• Click on 'Apply Link' on the home page.
• Click the registration link to register for the exam.
• Provide your personal information.
• After successful registration, candidates will receive the application number (user ID) and password on their registered mobile number and email ID.
• Candidates in the application form are required to fill personal details (communication details and category), educational qualification details, upload documents (photo and signature), sign the declaration, and pay the fees.
• On successful submission of the application form and fee, candidates will be able to view their application form by clicking on track your application form.
• Candidates should take printout of the application form. Candidates should deposit the fee online through SBI payment gateway.

 Selected candidates are required to take training for a period decided by the examination authority. After successfully completing this, they are apppointed. Recruitment is done based on the selection process.. Candidates are offered good salary.

UPPCL JE notification 2024 will be released soon. The recruitment is conducted to select candidates for the post of Junior Engineer (Trainee) for Civil, Electrical, Electronics/Tele Communication, etc. posts. Selection of candidates is done through computer-based tests (CBT). The selected candidates have to undergo a training programme as decided by UPPCL. On successful completion of training, candidates are absorbed for different posts.

UPPCL JE eligibility criteria is different for different posts:

Electrical Post

The age of candidates should be between 18 and 40 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is given to candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (NCL), Ex-Servicemen, dependents of freedom fighters, physically handicapped, etc.

Candidates must have passed three years Diploma examination in Electrical Engineering offered by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad,  Uttar Pradesh or equivalent Diploma recognised by the State Government

Or,

Three years All India Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India

Or,

Diploma examination in Electrical Engineering conducted by any of the universities in India incorporated by an Act of the Central/State legislature

Civil Post

The age of candidates should be between 18 and 40 years . Three years Diploma examination in Civil Engineering awarded by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, UP or equivalent recognised by the state government. Diploma received through Distance Learning education is not applicable. Candidates must produce a certificate from the head of the institution from which they passed out or from a gazette officer in Uttar Pradesh that he can read and write Hindi in the Devnagri Script with ease. Such certificate will not be necessary in the case of candidates who passed the High School or an equivalent examination with Hindi or who have obtained a degree, diploma, or certificate of any Hindi examination from an institution recognised by the state government.
