UPPCL JE exam pattern is different for different posts. The exam pattern is such that it comprises Computer Based Test and Interview. For eg: UPPCL JE exam pattern for Civil post is divided into four sections: Diploma Level Engineering Branch Civil, General Knowledge & Awareness, Reasoning and General Hindi. The paper will have 200 objective-type multiple-choice questions.

Detailed UPPCL JE Exam Pattern 2024

Candidates will be selected based on the UPPCL JE CBT exam only. Candidates qualifying the CBT will be shortlisted for document verification. The number of candidates to be called for document verification will be two times the number of category-wise UPPCL JE vacancies. Check below the structure of UPPCL JE exam pattern.

Marking Scheme of UPPCL JE

The marking scheme of UPPCL JE exam is given below:

For each correct answer, candidates score one mark
There is a negative marking for wrong answers. For the wrong answer, 0.25 marks are deducted
Candidates are required to obtain 30 per cent marks or else they will be rejected from the selection process
