The mode of Aligarh Muslim University course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores. Faculty of Law AMU offers 240 seats in the BA LLB program. 120 of these seats are available in AMU Aligarh, and the remaining seats are available in the AMU centers at Malappuram and Murshidabad. If you wish to join the Faculty of Law at Aligarh Muslim University as a student, you neeed to fulfill certain eligibility criterions, which are as follows:-
- You must have cleared the Senior Secondary Examination (12th) with aggregate 50& marks from any recognised board like CBSE, UP Board etc./ any university.
- Even if you do not fulfill the above criteria, AMU offers a Bridge Course to cover the gap between the students conforming the first eligibility criteria and the students who have not secured 50% marks in 10+2.

The Faculty of Law, AMU is located in Uttar Pradesh India. It offers courses like BA LLB (Bachelor's in Arts with Bachelors in Law) and LLM Programme (Master of Laws). If we assess the costs to be incured for studying this courses; it is found that the total fees for the 5-year BALLB Programme at AMU is INR 1,01,6,720 and for the 2-year LLM Programme is INR 4.1 lakhs, The fees amount only includes the course fees and not the fess need to be paid at the time of admission neither the hostel fees. Aligarh University is situated in the middle of Doab, the land between the Ganga and Yamuna rivers, which is at a distance of 130 km Southeast of Delhi on the Delhi-Howrah rail route and the Grand Trunk Road campus. AMU has a state-of-the-art infrastructure to meet the academic and research needs of the students. Spread across 1,155 acres of land, Aligarh Muslim University is very well-connected for the students. AMU conducts its own entrance test called Aligarh Muslim University Common Admission Test (AMU-CAT) for admission to the MBA course. The Admission Test shall be held at Aligarh, Kolkata & Kozhikode. Based on the marks secured by the candidates in the AMU-CAT entrance test, a merit list for admission will be drawn. For Aligarh Muslim University B.P.Ed admission, candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% and have at least participation in the InterCollege/Inter-Zonal / District / School competition in sports and games as recognised by the AIU/ IOA / SGFI / Govt. of India. Students with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with 45% marks or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 45% marks and studied physical education as a compulsory elective subject are also eligible for AMU B.P.Ed admission.
Aligarh Muslim University, popularly known as AMU offers a two-year full-time Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) course at the undergraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to this course must visit the official website of the University to apply online. AMU B.P.Ed admission is based on candidates' performance in a Physical Fitness & Skill Test conducted by the department. The departmental test shall be held at the Aligarh campus only. Yes, AMU offers various BSc and BSc (Hons) programmes. The duration of these UG-level courses is either three or four years, depending upon the specialisation. The BSc/BSc (Hons) specialisations available at AMU include Nursing, Biochemistry, Computer Applications, etc. AMU BSc admission is provided based on the AMU Entrance Exam scores for most specialisations. However, admission to some BSc courses is based on the CUET UG scores.
AMU total tuition fee for BSc course is INR 36,000. However, students might have to pay additional charges depending on the specialisation they choose. AMU fees include other components, such as mess and hostel fees, medical insurance, security deposits, etc. The mentioned fee is subject to change and hence, is indicative.
Shortlisted candidates have to present a list of documents for verification purposes at the time of admission to the courses offered at AMU. Candidates must carry the following original documents at the time of physical reporting:
- Mark sheet of last qualifying examination (with four self-attested photocopies)
- Transfer/migration and character certificate (If the Certificate is not available, an undertaking on the prescribed format is to be submitted within the due date)
- High school certificate or its equivalent in support of the date of birth
- Five (2.5 x 3.0 cms) recent front-facing colour photographs (with white background)

- Leave sanction/relieving order from the employer for the entire duration of the course, if employed.
- Name removal certificate from the rolls of the concerned faculty/college/unit (if already enrolled in another full-time course at AMU)
- Two self-addressed envelopes bearing postage stamps worth INR 22 each (to be submitted in the Office of the Provost of Hall of Residence/NRSC allotted).
- Two Undertakings on plain paper – one on your behalf and the other on behalf of your parents/guardian regarding not indulging in ragging
