Placements: College has an actively working placements cell that conducts various placements activities for students. The average salary package offered lies between 3 LPA and 4 LPA. College offers both placements and internship opportunities to students. Our college has good alumni for placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good enough for students. Environment of the college campus is lively. Students are getting proper support from the management. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, sports, and all other facilities are available for students. College has good infrastructure for our course.

Placements: Arts and design college offers good opportunities to the students. College tries its best for the students' placements. Various placement-related activities are organised at the college. Infrastructure: Our institute has good quality facilities for the students. They are offering all the necessary facilities to the students. Infrastructure for our course is also good. MIT Institute of Design courses in Postgraduate, Undergraduate and Diploma level. BDes, MDes  and PG Diploma are tehe courses offered in the Institute. BDes and MDes are the two flagship programme of MIT Institute of Design. PG Diploma programme specialisation includes Automative Clay & Digital sclupting and Innovation. MIT DAT ( Design Aptitude Test) is required for the flagship courses followed by studio test and personal interview. 

Q:   Can I get direct admission to MIT institute of Design?
A: 

MIT Institute in Design does not provide direct admisison to their flagship courses. The candidates are required to appear for the MIT DAT (Design Aptitude Test), an entrance test conducted by the MIT Institute of Design (Pune), MIT University of Design Alandi Pune, Avantika University (Ujjain), and MIT University Meghalaya for admission Design Programmes. Once the candidates qualifies the test they are called for the studio test and personal interview.

Q:   What is the fee for PG courses at MIT Institute of Design?
A: 

Different PG courses at MITID have different tuition fees. For example, the 1-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Innovation Programme costs INR4,95,000, while the 2-year M.Des in Communication Design is INR3,42,500 per year. Expect additional fees like development charges, university fees, and hostel/mess charges. These can add up to another INR 1,20,000-1,50,000 per year.

Q:   What is the admission process for MITID Pune?
A: 

The admission process at MIT Institute of Design (MITID) is divided into three phases. Below are complete details of the MITID admission process:

MIT Institute of Design Application Process

For admission at MIT Institute of Design (MITID), the process begins with filling out the application form through MITID’s official website by giving the required personal and academic details and paying an application fee of INR 3,000 for Indian nationals and INR 4,500 for PIO, NRI, OCI and foreign nationals. The institute releases the admit card after verifying the application forms.

MIT Institute of Design Selection Process

After completing the application process, candidates will be required to appear for the MITID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) in which applicants will be evaluated on several parameters and based on their performance in the DAT they will be shortlisted for the Studio test & Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

MIT Institute of Design Final Seat Allotment

Candidates who qualify for both rounds will be required to report to the admission cell at MIT Institute of Design (MITID) will have to report to the admission cell at MITID for document verification and tuition fee payment leading to final seat allotment.

Q:   Does MITID Pune accept 12th marks?
A: 

For admission to the UG level programme, i.e. BDes, candidates must have passed class 12. Also, candidates are required to appear for the MITID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) based on which candidates will be selected for further admission rounds which include the Studio test and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The final selection list is made on cumulative assessment of all rounds and for final seat allotment, candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at MITID for document verification and fee payment.

Yes, MIT Institute of Design does offer a doctoral level programme i.e. PhD in Design under MIT-WPU’s School of Design. PhD In Design covers a minimum duration of three years. The eligibity criteria is three year bachelor’s degree programme or qualifications declared equivalent to the master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate. The slection process involve entrance test conducted by MITWPU. Candidates who fulfills the eligibilty criterion  is qualified for the etrance test.

Yes, Diploma is available in MIT Institute of Design Pune. The Institute offers PG Diploma specialisation in Automative Clay & Digital Sclupting and Innovation.
