NCHMCT JEE Seat Allotment 2026: In 2025, the first NCHM JEE seat allotment list was released on May 31 by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Based on the previous year's schedule, the NCHMCT JEE 2026 first seat allotment result is expected to be announced around the same period, most likely between the end of May and June 2026. The allotment list will include seats offered by approximately 21 Central IHMs, 25 State IHMs, one PSU IHM, and 27 Private IHMs affiliated with NCHMCT.
The number of seats available for admission to Institutes of Hotel Management (IHM) through NCHMCT JEE exam has been going up each year. For 2025, the NCHMCT JEE counselling website announced that a total of 12,707 seats are available. Candidates can check the list of participating colleges and the number of seats available for admission through NCHMCT JEE. Earlier, only six Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) offered the BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration course with a vegetarian practical option. However, this option is now available at all affiliated IHMs across India.
According to the official information, the BSc HHA programme is offered in both Generic and Vegetarian formats. Candidates who opt for the vegetarian stream will attend only vegetarian practical classes, while all theory classes will be the same as those attended by students in the regular programme.
