DU 2nd second cutoff  2021 was released on October 9. DU First Cut off 2021 was released on October 1. Know steps that you need to follow once the cutoff list is released.

Owing to the COVID-19 restrictions and to avoid the further spread of the virus, the Delhi University (DU) Admissions 2021 will be conducted online like last year to admit students to the academic year 2021-22. The Delhi University has announced the DU Admission 2021 dates. The DU announced the first cut-off list on October 1 and DU 2nd cutoff 2021 on October 9. Like DU CUT Off 2020, the DU 1st cutoff 2021 was expected to be as high as 99.37 per cent. DU announced first cut-off list for UG admissions, 100 pc marks required by at least 8 colleges, including  SRCC,  Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, Hindu College, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS).

Latest Update:

Last year too, the DU has made the whole process of Delhi University admission 2020 online. With the online admissions process of DU, several candidates who meet the DU Cut off 2021 will be able to register and apply online at the website of the college or the department in the course they want to enroll in, without physically visiting the college. Earlier, students had to visit the colleges of their choice for admission, however, this year they can take admission without going to the colleges.

Students must note that every college of Delhi University will issue a set of guidelines for admitting the students through online mode. Last year, different departments and colleges have set up separate grievance redressal cells for students to address their concerns regarding the DU UG Admission process.

DU Admission 2021: Steps to follow

Students can follow the steps below, once the DU cutoff is announced:

  • Check the course-wise DU cut-offs 2021 online
  • Select the college and course you want to enroll in
  • Go to the official website of the college that you have shortlisted
  • Register online at the college website
  • Fill in the required details
  • Upload the documents in DU admission form 2021
  • Submit the DU form 2021
  • Secure a seat in the college of your choice

Students must note that DU will verify the documents uploaded by them during the online admission process and their seat will only be approved for admission at the selected college after examining everything. Candidates must pay the admission fee after they are shortlisted for DU UG Admission 2021 via online mode only.
