How are the Best Colleges Ranked?
Before getting into the nitty-gritty of the placement opportunities at the top DU colleges, let us learn how NIRF ranks colleges in India. NIRF Ranking lists are made on the basis of five parameters – Teaching and Learning Resources (TLR), Perception (PR), Outreach and Inclusivity (OI), Research and Professional Practice (RP) and Graduation Outcome (GO). Under each of these parameters, colleges are evaluated out of 100 marks. Out of all the above-mentioned parameters, GO is allotted 0.2 weightage to determine the overall ranking of a college. GO factors in placement details at a college. There are some parameters to decide the graduation outcome or GO as well. The same are mentioned in the table below.

Top DU Colleges Based on Graduation Outcome
Graduation Outcome or Placement is a key factor on the basis of which an aspirant shortlists a college for admission. Thus, in order to help students determine the best college for admission, we have compiled the list of top Delhi University colleges on the basis of placement and graduation outcome metrics.
In terms of placements, the college has maintained a decent record over the past few years. The 2023 drive concluded with 317 out of 1,387 UG (3-year) students placed. Further, 16 out of 85 PG (2-year) students were placed.
