It's better than not taking admission in any college.

Placements: Reality is that after doing a B.Com from DU, it will not decide your placement. Our college is just like other average DU colleges. Everything depends on ourselves. Some people get placed in EY, Deloitte but it is 1or 2 in a whole batch. The market reality is that there are already a lot of people in the market who are doing the same thing. We don't have skills that make us stand out from that crowd and no one can teach this.

A review of Hansraj College.

Placements: About 50% are involved in the research field of Botany in 4 years. A few clear UPSC, and some get into the research stream, Ph.D., and Master's. Many more Ph.D. students are within the college campus only with professors of the Botany department. There are a lot of other options.

It is running on the brand and the fame.

Placements: Around 30% of students get placed in the college through the placement cell, mostly in writing-related work in companies like Penguin Books, etc. The median package is around 5 LPA. The highest package is 8 LPA. The companies mostly come to recruit in the consulting sector.

According to me, if you are getting a seat in DU, choose it as your priority. DU is a better choice in terms of academics and affordable fees.

LPU is a good option if you want modern infrastructure, a diverse campus, practical learning, internships, and placement support. But the decision is yours,
