Yes, TAPMI offers an 11-month E-PGPM programme for working professionals. The classes for this programme are conducted on weekends keeping in mind the requirements of the aspirants.

The programme is developed in partnership with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and conforms to the international standards in terms of curriculum, academic rigor, learning and teaching pedagogies, to help students build a strong business foundation, deep functional knowledge and exceptional HRM competencies.

The participants of the programme also benefit from a rich industry connect. Many core courses are fully delivered by industry leaders coming as visiting and adjunct faculty, and others are dove-tailed with an industry immersion in the form of guest lectures. Regular interactions with practitioners enable the participants to critically evaluate existing HR theories and practices to challenge the core assumptions and engage in discussions that lead to contemporary development in the field. Corporate partners and recruiters are regularly polled for comment on the most recent HR trends, and relevant modules are added to the curriculum as needed. Additionally, regular faculty members practice data-driven and research-led teaching.

Another way the program ensures industry-ready graduates is through live projects and extended internships. The students get involved in industry-led live projects as early as in Term 1, and each student gets the hands-on exposure of working for multiple projects. The program is flexible to benefit from a longer duration internship (up to 5 months). In-house center of excellence for leadership development by the means of psychometrics, help students to increase their self-awareness and develop their leadership potential.

TAPMI has a rich legacy and many of the alumni are working at senior positions as HR heads and CHROs. Consistently, the participants of the programme have received outstanding career opportunities.
