Students must attend skill development classes. These classes help students in their personality development. The college also conducts many skill enhancement programs.

Since my school days, I have disliked mathematics. Although most of my family members are in mathematics or science field, I was never interested in choosing mathematics or science.
I wanted to do something new. Therefore, I chose the Commerce stream for my higher secondary. Subjects like accounts, business studies and economics were new to me.  I love accounts and business studies the most. In 12th class, I scored the highest marks in my school in accounts. After 12th, I decided to pursue B.Com as my bachelor's degree.

After 1st year of graduation, I researched for the courses that I could do after B.Com. I came across a lot of options. Since I love management stream I decided to do an MBA. I discussed my plan of doing MBA with my college professor and father also. They both supported and encouraged me for doing MBA.
MBA is one of the best professional course to pursue. I also did a little research to know the difference between M.Com and MBA. I found out that good posts in big companies are offered after doing MBA. All of these things made me choose this course.

After completing graduation, I researched about the admission process of various colleges for MBA. I came to know that one has to crack entrance exams like CAT, MAT to get admission in MBA course. I started studying and decided to crack the entrance exams to get admission in MBA colleges.

I went to various coaching institutes to prepare for the entrance exams. The fees of the institutes were so high that I felt it would become a burden on my father. At one point, I thought about not doing MBA due to money issues. But then I researched the colleges where the entrance exam scores were not required for admission. Finally, I got admission in UIM (Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya).

It is a Government University and many colleges come under this university. Admission in RDVV does not require to crack any entrance exam as it is based on your 12th board marks.

My colleagues and seniors in college are very friendly. The college has strict rules about ragging.
The college has a huge campus with several departments. The teachers are really helpful. They are always there for the students whenever needed. Along with MBA, the students must attend skill development classes. These classes help students in their personality development. The college also conducts many skill enhancement programs. I love attending Management classes because in these classes our professors give us different projects which help to enhance our skills.

A lot of extracurricular activities are always organized by the college. Various job fairs and skill development events are also arranged for the students.
I always take part in all the events as I believe winning is not important but participation is important as it helps us to learn something new. I had taken part in Red FM College Youth program and Fresher’s party. Several webinars are also conducted in the college.

I am an introvert but had to improve myself because as an MBA student we have to face a lot of people and give presentations in front of them. So, an MBA graduate needs to be confident and vocal. From the first day of my MBA until now, I have improved so much. I have become more creative and articulate.
