IBSAT Result 2025: How to Download IBSAT Scorecard & Rank List @general.ibsindia.org

IBSAT final merit list is prepared on considering the following parameters- Micro Presentation, Personal Interview and past academic records and weightage. Check below to know the criterias:

• Micro presentation: 25%
• Personal Interview: 25%
• Past academic record: 50%

Only candidates who will qualify the above criterias, will be offered final admission to MBA/PGDM programme of applied IBS campuses. IBSAT 2025 selection process result will be announced tentatively in April 2026.

IBSAT 2025 scorecard will be released at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates who will appear for the IBSAT exam, scheduled on in last week of December 2025, can check their results online. To download the IBSAT scorecard, candidates must enter their login credentials on the official website of ICFAI Business School. after loging in, screen will display the IBSAT scorecard. Candidates must note that no physical copy of the IBSAT 2024 scorecard will be issued to the candidates seprerately. Candidates must save and take the print of the IBSAT scorecard online only. 

Candidates who will shortlisted, must appear for the micro presentation/PI rounds on given date and time along with the required documents. Th final selection will be offered on the basis of the performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

 

No, the IBSAT cutoffs are not announced along with the result. The IBSAT cut off is typically declared after the result is announced, and they vary for different campuses of IBS. The cutoffs are determined based on the total number of candidates appearing for the exam, the overall difficulty level of the exam, and the number of seats available at each campus.

However, candidates can check the previous year's IBSAT cutoff to get an idea of the likely cutoff for this year. The IBSAT cutoff for IBS Hyderabad in the previous year was 72-78.

Candidates must note that the IBSAT cut off for different IBSAT campuses may vary. hence, candidates are advised to check the official notification.

ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad releases the IBSAT cutoff along with the declaration of results. The minimum required IBSAT cutoff scores for getting a GD/PI call scheduled at IBS Hyderabad is given below: 1. CAT & XAT 60 percentile and above 2. GMAT 500 + 3. NMAT by GMACTM 150+ The minimum cutoff score for INR 2 Lacs scholarship eligibility criteria is 1. CAT Top 75 candidates with a minimum score of 90 percentile and above 2. XAT Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 80 percentile and above 3. GMAT TM Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 550 and above 4. NMAT by GMAC TM Top 100 candidates with a minimum score of 225 and above. Candidates will be able to check the updates cutoff score on release of the IBSAT score. The IBSAT 2023 results are expected to be announced in last week of December 2023.

The validity of IBSAT score is one year. This means that candidates who take the IBSAT exam in 2023 will have to apply for admission to the ICFAI Business School (IBS) within current academic year of the exam date. If a candidate does not apply for admission within the one-year validity period, they will not be able to use their IBSAT score to seek admission to the IBS campuses.

It's important to note that the IBSAT score is only valid for one year, so candidates should plan their admission process accordingly. If a candidate wants to apply for admission to the IBS campuses next year, they will need to take the IBSAT exam again in the next year's exam cycle. The IBSAT score will not be accepted for admission in the next year if it is more than one year old.

As per the IBSAT exam pattern, the marking scheme for IBSAT is as follows: 1. One mark for each correct answer 2. No negative marking On the basis of the score obtained by candidates in the IBSAT exam, they are shortlisted for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. IBS Aptitude Test also known as IBSAT is conducted for admission to MBA/ PGDM programs of IBS nine campuses. Candidates having valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP/NMAT/GMAT/MAH CET or any other state-level entrance examination are exempted from taking the IBSAT exam. No, candidates cannot request for re-evaluation of IBSAT 2025 scores after the release of the scorecard. The IBSAT scorecard is generated based on the answers provided by the candidate at the time of the exam, and once it is released, it cannot be altered or changed.

However, if candidates feel that there is an error in the calculation of their scores, they can reach out to the admissions team of IBS and request a review of their scores. They will review the candidate's request and provide a clarification or correction, if necessary.

It is important to note that the IBSAT scorecard is only valid for the admission session for which it is issued, and it cannot be used for future admission sessions. Therefore, it is essential to carefully review IBSAT 2025 scores and ensure that applicants meet the eligibility criteria for the programme they are applying to before the final submission of the application.

IBSAT 2025 selection rounds will be conducted from second week of February 2026 at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates will be shortlisted for the IBSAT selection rounds based on their IBSAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT scores. 

IBSAT selection rounds will consist of two rounds- micro presentation and personal interview rounds. The final selection will be based on candidate's performance in past academics and selection rounds. Candidates must ensure to report at alloted exam centre on given date and time.

IBSAT 2025 results will be announced in last week of December 2025. Candidates who will qualify the IBSAT exam or have qualified the CAT (2023 onwards), XAT (2023 onwards), NMAT by GMAC (2023 onwards) or any other national level or state-level entrance examination will have to appear for the following rounds:

3. Personal Interview: Those who will successfully clear the Micro Presentation round are called for PI round. This PI round judges candidate's communications skills, confidence, business aptitude and general attitude. Candidates should remain cool and calm during this final round.
