IBSAT 2025 Selection Process
IBSAT selection process is conducted in offline mode at IBS 8 campuses and IBS Hyderabad head office. Candidates desiring to take admission to the programmes offered by IBS campuses must go through the selection rounds. The IBSAT selection process 2025 consists of the following rounds:
- Micro Presentation: In this round, candidate will have to present on a given topic for 3 minutes. Candidates will be given three topics from which they can choose any one topic to present on. This is done to test the communication and thinking skills.
- Personal Interview: Those who have successfully cleared the GD round are called for PI round. This PI round judges your communication skills, confidence, business aptitude and general attitude. Candidates should remain cool and calm during this final round.
- Admission: Based on the final selection result, candidates have to take admission in one of the nine IBS Business Schools as per their cutoff and final selection criteria.

Yes, IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) can be taken more than once. IBSAT is an entrance examination conducted by ICFAI Foundation for admission to MBA and PGDM programs offered by the IBS campuses across India. IBSAT exam is conducted once in a year. Candidates can apply for IBSAT 2026 exam for which registrations will commence in first week of July.
