IBSAT 2024 selection process results has been announced at ibsindia.org. IBSAT 2024 selection process was conducted till February 24, 2025, at IBS Hyderabad. IBSAT selection round consisted of a micro presentation instead of a group discussion. IBS conducted IBSAT 2024 selection process rounds offline. Selection rounds are conducted by ICFAI Business School for admission to IBS 8 campuses. Candidates having a valid score in IBSAT 2024 or CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP/NMAT/GMAT/MAH CET or any other state-level entrance examination (score valid from 2022 onwards) were eligible to appear for the selection rounds. Authorities declared the result for the IBSAT selection process 2024 for admission to the PGPM programme of IBS Hyderabad. Admission to IBS 8 campuses—Bengaluru, Dehradun, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune will be offered based on candidates’ overall performance in academics and GD/PI.

A: 

Candidates can check the IBSAT final result online. IBS conducted Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds offline. The link to check the IBSAT 2024 final results has been activated on the official website of ICFAI Business School. To check the IBSAT 2024 selection process results, refer the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Visit the offficial website of ICFAI Business School

Step 2- Click on the tab displaying 'Selection Process Result'

Step 3- Screen will now display the IBSAT login page 

Step 4- Enter the login credentials: 

  • Application number 
  • Password 

Step 5: Screen will now display the IBSAT 2024 final result for admission 

Step 6: Save and take the print of the same for counselling round.

Q:   When will be IBSAT results announced?

A: 

IBSAT 2024 results will be announced soon after the exam is conducted. ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education will conduct IBSAT 2024 exam on December 28 and December 29, 2024. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to check their IBSAT result online by entering the login credentials. Candidates will be required to enter their IBSAT application number and date of birth to access the IBSAT scorecard. The IBSAT result mentions sthe candidate's details, section wise score and overall scores obtained. Candidates must check the details mentioned on the scorecard carefully. Candidates mjust take the print of the IBSAT scorecard soon after the release. No physical copy of the IBSAT scorecard will be issued seperately to the candidates.

IBSAT final merit list is prepared on considering the following parameters- Micro Presentation, Personal Interview and past academic records and weightage. Check the table below to know the criterias:

Q:   What is the expected cut-off of IBSAT for IBS Hyderabad and Mumbai campus?

ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad releases the IBSAT cutoff along with the declaration of results. The minimum required IBSAT cutoff scores for getting a GD/PI call scheduled at IBS Hyderabad is given below: 1. CAT & XAT 60 percentile and above 2. GMAT 500 + 3. NMAT by GMACTM 150+ The minimum cutoff score for INR 2 Lacs scholarship eligibility criteria is 1. CAT Top 75 candidates with a minimum score of 90 percentile and above 2. XAT Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 80 percentile and above 3. GMAT TM Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 550 and above 4. NMAT by GMAC TM Top 100 candidates with a minimum score of 225 and above. Candidates will be able to check the updates cutoff score on release of the IBSAT score. The IBSAT 2023 results are expected to be announced in last week of December 2023.

What is IBSAT Selection Briefing?

IBSAT 2024 Selection Process

IBSAT selection process is conducted in offline mode at IBS 8 campuses and IBS Hyderabad head office. Candidates desiring to take admission to the programmes offered by IBS campuses must go through the selection rounds. The IBSAT selection process 2024 consists of the following rounds: 

  • Micro Presentation: In this round, candidate will have to present on a given topic for 3 minutes. Candidates will be given three topics from which they can choose any one topic to present on. This is done to test the communication and thinking skills. 
  • Personal Interview: Those who have successfully cleared the GD round are called for PI round. This PI round judges your communication skills, confidence, business aptitude and general attitude. Candidates should remain cool and calm during this final round. 
  • Admission: Based on the final selection result, candidates have to take admission in one of the nine IBS Business Schools as per their cutoff and final selection criteria.

Only candidates who will qualify the IBSAT 2024 or have qualified any of the national level entrance examinations- NMAT by GMAC, CAT, XAT scores are also called for the selection process during the prescribed period. The IBSAT 2024 selection process will consist of micro presentation and personal interview. Te final selection of the candidates will be based on the past academic records and performance of the candidate in micro presentation and personal interview. Candidates must report for the IBS selection process on the given date and time, failing which candidates will not be considered for admission to IBS campuses.

IBSAT is an entrance examination conducted by ICFAI Foundation for admission to MBA and PGDM programs offered by the IBS campuses across India. To appear for IBSAT exam more than once candidates must note the important guidelines: 1. Frequency: There is no limit on the number of attempts one can appear for IBSAT. IBSAT 2025 scorecard will be released at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates who will appear for the IBSAT exam, scheduled on in last week of December 2025, can check their results online. To download the IBSAT scorecard, candidates must enter their login credentials on the official website of ICFAI Business School. after loging in, screen will display the IBSAT scorecard. Candidates must note that no physical copy of the IBSAT 2024 scorecard will be issued to the candidates seprerately. Candidates must save and take the print of the IBSAT scorecard online only. 

Candidates who will shortlisted, must appear for the micro presentation/PI rounds on given date and time along with the required documents. Th final selection will be offered on the basis of the performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
