No, ICFAI Business School will not issue the hard copy of the IBSAT admit cards. Candidates who will register for the IBSAT 2026 examination must download the admit card online. Candidates who will register  for the IBSAT 2026 exam, can download the admit card tentatively from October 2026. ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2025 exam will be held in remote proctored mode in last week of December. The exam is conducted in a two days window wherein, candidates can book the exam slot as per their preference. On the day of the examination, candidates must keep with them the following original documents ready for verification process during the remote proctored examination:

IBSAT 2026 exam will be conducted in online proctored mode. In this mode of examination candidates will be able to take the exam form their own laptops/desktops at their convenience. In such a case, no test taker shall be allowed to keep with him/her any book, study material, handwritten or printed notes, headphone, mobile phone, pager, earphone, digital diary, calculator, bluetooth device, laptop, palmtop, smart watch, health band or any other electronic device or gadget. Also, candidates are also not allowed to use pen/pencil and paper for the IBSAT online test. No person, other than the IBSAT registered candidate, shall be present for the test. Candidate should not talk to any one during the test or read questions / answers aloud. If found, such candidates will be disqualified.

IBSAT eligibility criteria refers to the minimum qualifications required to appear for the exam. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the prescribed criteria to appear for the IBSAT exam. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria, their candidature will stand cancelled. Check the IBSAT eligibility criteria below:

  • Passed a graduate degree of minimum of three-year or four-year duration from any recognised institute or university i.e. completion of formal education under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern.
  • Obtained at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree examination (final year).
  • Candidates in the final year of their graduation degree are also eligible for the IBSAT exam, however, they must complete their graduation (all exams practical as well as theory papers) on or before May 31, 2026. Admission status of such candidates will be provisional until and unless they submit their Bachelor degree mark sheets to prove their eligibility for IBSAT 2026.
Q:   Can I take IBSAT exam more than once?

yes, candidates can take IBSAT exam more than once. The IBSAT exam is conducted annually. If candidate is not able to appear for the current session, he/she may apply for the next session examinations. ICFAI has not specified the number of attempts for IBSAT exam.
