How is MICA cutoff determined?

MICAT 2025 Exam Analysis: Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad (MICA) conducted the first phase of MICAT exam on December 6. This year, candidates saw a decreased number of questions in Psychometric test. As per MICAT 1 analysis 2026, candidates found 68 questions in the Psychometric Test instead of 150 in the previous year. MICAT syllabus . was similar to past exam sessions. MICAT Descriptive Test had 4 questions to be answered in 25 minutes. Section C of MICAT 1 had 70 questions with equal weightage across all four sections. Candidates had to answer all questions in section C of MICAT phase 1 exam within 80 minutes.
