NIRF Ranking 2022 of Pharmacy Colleges in India

MOE released NIRF 2022 rankings for top Pharmacy colleges in India. The list includes Jamia Hamdard, Punjab University, NIPER, BITS, and many more. Find out the NIRF ranking of your college here.
The NIRF Ranking 2022, announced by the Education Minister, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, has witnessed several changes in the NIRF Ranking 2022 compared to the previous year. In 2022, Jamia Hamdard University, Delhi has bagged the first position in the NIRF ranking 2022 released by MOE (Ministry of Education), Govt. of India, for the top Pharmacy Colleges in India. The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranking was released on July 15, 2022. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hyderabad has secured the second position in 2022. Panjab University, one of the Debutants in NIRF ranking 2018 has ranked third among the top pharmacy colleges in 2022 ranking.

In the NIRF 2022 ranking, Jamia Hamdard, Delhi continues to remain at the top spot since 2019 as a premier pharmacy college in India. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad, Mohali and Ahmedabad have secured 2, 4, and 10 positions while NIPER Gandhinagar lost its position among the top 10 colleges. Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS Pilani) continues to remain at the 5th rank.
The MOE, NIRF 2022 ranking is announced for 9 broad categories. The rankings for Architecture, Medical and Law were introduced for the first time in 2018. In the list of 100 entries, only 75 participants made their place in the list of top Pharmacy colleges. This number has witnessed an increase of 15 as compared to last year’s ranking where only 50 colleges bagged a place in the list.
Panjab University cutoff for BE course is based on JEE Main scores. The counselling concluded after the relase of Round 5. Candidates looking forward to Panjab University admissions must have a valid score in JEE Main in order to be eligible for further process.
