Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025: Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Seat Allotment

Students who wish to apply for Telangana NEET PG 2025 counselling will have to fulfill the following conditions:

• Must have qualified for NEET PG.
• Students must be a citizen of India (PIO/OCI included)
• Applicants must have passed MBBS from an institute located in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, or
• He/she must be a domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh

Telangana NEET PG Counselling Application Form 2025

Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Telangana NEET PG 2025 have to register on the official website of KNRUHS. The process of the application and document verification has been modified by the counselling conducting body. Candidates will have to upload the documents along with the application form for Telangana NEET PG 2025 counselling. The physical verification of these documents will be carried out once the candidate joins the respective institute.

1. Register using NEET PG roll number, rank obtained, date of birth and mobile number at the official website dedicated to registration, pvttspgmed.tsche.in 
2. The system generates a unique registration number
3. Login using the registration number and NEET PG 2025 roll number
4. Enter personal details, MBBS details and service details
5. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature
6. Pay the application fee for Telangana NEET PG 2025 counselling
7. Upload the remaining documents after the payment has been processed
8. Save and print a copy of the application form

Telangana PG Medical 2025 State Merit List

A merit list of the candidates is prepared by KNRUHS as per the ranks obtained in NEET PG 2025. Since this list is prepared at the state level, it is called a State Merit List. Only those candidates who are included in this list will be able to access the web-option entry portal.

Through the process of web-options entry, candidates submit their preferences for colleges/courses to the counselling committee. Therefore, candidates are advised to go through the fee structure of the colleges before selecting them while the option entry form. They must also fill in as many options as possible to maximise their chances of seat allotment.

Next, the competent authority will release a list of the selected candidates. The selection process, or seat allotment, is based on the marks obtained in NEET PG 2025, ranks obtained in the state merit list and the individual preferences filled by the candidate. Out of those selected, those who wish to retain their seats will have to join the respective institute before the deadline. Not joining the institute will lead to forfeiture of the candidature.

All the eligible candidates whose names were displayed in the Provisional final merit list for PG Medical Degree/ Diploma admissions were required to exercise web options from August 25, 2023 to August 27, 2023 (4:00 PM) at pvttspgmed.tsche.in. There are 604 seats available for PG Medical under the Management Quota. For MQ1 AND MQ2/NR, the clinical degree has 459 seats, and non-clinical has 93 seats. The minority medical colleges and the clinical degree have 39 seats and the non–clinical have 13 seats only.

The seat matrix for the Round-1 counselling process was released category-wise at the official website, knruhs.telangana.gov.in. The KNRUHS final merit list for the Round-1 counselling under the competent authority quota can be accessed from the direct link provided below.

Earlier, KNRUHS invited applications for admission to PG Diploma courses and MDS programme under the Management quota from August 9, 2023. Candidates had to fill out the KNRUHS 2023 NEET PG application forms by August 16, 2023 (5:00 PM). The Telangana NEET PG 2023 application process was held on the official website, pvttsmds.tsche.in for the management quota category. Further schedule was announced by the counselling conducting body in the upcoming days.

Telangana NEET PG 2023 merit list was released on July 31, 2023 for the PG diploma course under the competent authority quota. Candidates who applied for the Telangana NEET PG counselling can download and check the status of their selection from the merit list released on the official website, knruhs.telangana.gov.in. As many as 4743 candidates were shortlisted in the provisional merit list. The application process for Telangana NEET PG 2023 (under the competent authority quota) began on July 10, 2023. Candidates were allowed to apply for the Telangana NEET PG counselling last till July 17, 2023. Telangana NEET PG 2023 counselling registration process was conducted online only. Telangana NEET PG 2023 counselling was conducted for admission to the 50% state quota seats for postgraduate degrees or diploma.
