Q: What are the documents/items to carry at CA exam centre?

CA candidates need to carry two copies of CA admit card (A4 size paper/colour printout), one photo ID (original), blue or black ballpoint pen and calculator to the examination centre. Candidates can carry Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, passport or driving license as the mandatory document for identification. They are also required to carry passport size photos to affix on the CA admit card. Entry without these documents will not be allowed. Digital copy of the admit card or photo ID will not be accepted as valid at the examination centres, thus candidates must take print outs of their admit card as soon as they download it.

Q: Can I change my CA test centre after receiving the admit card?

No, there is no provision to change their exam centres after the CA admit card has been issued. The option to change test city is given only the form correction process which is held a day after the registrations close. the form correction window is opened for 3-4 days for making changes in the already submitted form. Afterwards, you cannot change the test city. You will have to take the test in the city mentioned on your admit card. Thus, it is important that you make careful selection of the test cities in the CA exam form. Always select your hometown or city of current residence as the first preference so that you are allotted a test centre in that city only.

Q: Is CA Foundation admit card valid for multiple exam phases?

No, CA Foundation admit card is valid for specific session only. For every session, candidates have to register afresh and new admit card is issued. So, candidates must ensure that they carry admit card of the current examination phase and not that of previous phase. Without the valid CA Foundation admit card, students will not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

Q: How to get photo changed on CA Foundation admit card?

If the photo printed on the CA Foundation admit card is unclear, candidates will need to reach out to the examination conducting body and get it rectified before the exam dates. It is very important to have clear photo and signature on the CA Foundation admit card as it is the main document of identification of students.

Q: Is digital copy of the CA Foundation admit card valid?

The digital copy of the CA Foundation admit card in not considered valid. Students have to carry the print out of their hall tickets on A4 size sheet on all exam days to get entry in to the examination hall. The CA Foundation admit card is to be sighed and stamped on each exam day as part of marking attendance which is why the digital copy of the same in not accepted.

ICAI CA Foundation admit card for September 2025 was released at eservices on August 18, 2025. CA Foundation exam dates are scheduled on September 16, 18, 20 and 22, 2025. Candidates can download their CA admit card 2025 through SSP login by using their registration ID. The ICAI CA Foundation admit card contains candidate's details as well as the allotted CA test centre address, location and exam timings.

Candidates must download their CA hall tickets 2025 and take printouts. Digital copy will not be accepted as a valid document so students must carry two copies of the admit card to the test centre. How to Download ICAI CA Foundation Admit Card 2025?

CA Foundation admit card is available in online mode only. Candidates will need to login to download it. Given below are the steps to download the CA Foundation exam 2025 admit card for September session from the official website:

Go to ICAI's eservice portal: eservices
Click on the link indicating 'Foundation admit card'
Log in using login ID (registration number) and password
Click on the tab indicating CA Foundation admit card
Download the admit card and take two printouts
