IIM Kozhikode, Emeritus Launch Senior Management Programme for AI and Strategic Leadership

The 12-month programme, starting June 28, 2025, targets senior professionals and mid-level managers aspiring for leadership roles.

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) has partnered with Emeritus to launch a Senior Management Programme to equip senior leaders with skills in AI, strategy, and digital transformation.

As per PwC’s 27th Annual Global CEO Survey, 69% of CEOs emphasize workforce upskilling for Generative AI, highlighting the need for adaptive leadership.

The 12-month programme, starting June 28, 2025, targets senior professionals and mid-level managers aspiring for leadership roles. It offers a blend of strategic thinking, AI-driven decision-making, and digital transformation skills through live online sessions, a 6-day campus immersion at IIMK, business simulations, and a capstone project. Key focus areas include Generative AI, cybersecurity, and platform strategy, ensuring relevance in today’s dynamic business landscape.
