Teerthanker Mahaveer University admissions 2026 are open for Diploma, Integrated, UG, PG, and PhD courses. More updates are as follows:
- The MAT 2026 February session (PBT mode) examination for admission to the MBA course has been conducted. The CBT mode examination is scheduled for Mar 8, 2026.
- The NEET UG 2026 registration has started for admission to MBBS, BDS and other courses. The last date to register is Mar 8, 2026. Also, the NEET UG exam 2026 is going to be held on May 3, 2026.
- The counselling for NEET PG 2025 has concluded for admission to MD, MS, and PG Diploma programmes. Dates for the new academic session will be announced shortly.
- The CLAT PG 2026 third merit list is out for admission to the PG-level LLM programme. The fourth merit list will be out on May 2, 2026 (10 PM).
- The NEET MDS 2026 exam date has been set as May 2, 2026 (tentatively) for admission to the MDS course. The registrations for the same are expected to start soon.
- The CUET PG exam 2026 will be conducted from Mar 6 to Mar 27, 2026, for admission to several PG courses.
- The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
- The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech/PhD courses has concluded. Results are scheduled for release on Mar 19, 2026.
- The UP NEET PG 2025 Stray Vacancy round seat allocation result will be announced soon for admission to MD, MS, and Diploma courses.

Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU Moradabad) is a recognised university and a member of UNAI (United Nations Academic Impact). It has also received the ICAR, NBA and NAAC accreditation at the grade of A. CAT exam is a national level MBA entrance exam conducted by the IIM. Every year, over 2.3 lakh candidates apply for it. Since the last two years, the competition has increased further with oveer 3 lakh candidates applying for the exam.
The CAT score is accepted by the Iims and all top MBA colleges in India. To select the best candidates from over 3 lakh test takers there is a need for stringent criteria. That's why, the CAT exam is tougher than other MBA entrance exams. Even though the syllabus of CAT is same as that of other MBA entrance exams, the question paper set by the IIM faculty always has tough questions. Moreover, CAT has sectional time limit for each section which is not there in any other exam except XAT. Having a time limit for each section adds pressure on candidates to complete solving adequate number of questions in a section within the time limit. If a student is weak in a particular subject, they can't use the time as per their need. CAT's Reading Comprehension passages are long and dense unlike other MBA exams. This is one more reason why most candidates feel CAT is tougher than any other MBA entrance exam.
