JEE Mains 2025 January 24 Paper 1 Shift 2 exam is ongoing. The exam will end at 6 pm. 

Most students considered the Physics section as easy. The majority of the questions were from Class 12 topics, with fewer from Class 11. Chapters like Mechanics, Waves, and Thermodynamics had minimal representation in this shift. On the other hand, Class 12 topics such as Optics and Electromagnetism were more prominent. Modern Physics had a moderate presence, whereas chapters like Electromagnetic Induction (EMI) and Magnetism were underrepresented.

The Chemistry section covered nearly all chapters, although certain units were more prominent. This section was considered the second easiest after Physics. Inorganic Chemistry had the highest weightage, followed by Organic Chemistry, with fewer questions from Physical Chemistry. Overall, the Chemistry section was straightforward and allowed students to save time for other subjects. However, few questions were asked in a tricky manner. 

The Mathematics section was moderate to difficult. It featured a higher number of questions from Class 11 topics. Areas like 3D, Geometry, Vectors, and Conic Sections were the most represented, while Calculus also had a significant number of questions. However, the section involved lengthy calculations, making it time-consuming. For many students, Mathematics was the most challenging section of the paper.

The JEE Main result 2025 will be announced tentatively on February 12, 2025, on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Candidates who are appearing for the January 28, 29, and 30 exams can now download the JEE Main admit card for the scheduled dates. To download the admit card, candidates must visit the website and click on the admit card link. Enter your application number and date of birth to download the JEE Main 2025 admit card. 

Session 2 exam will take place from April 1 to 8, and registrations for Session 2 will begin on January 31. NTA will publish the notification on its official website.

The JEE Mains 2025 cutoff to qualify for JEE Advanced will be announced by the NTA on its official website. The cutoff will be available after the completion of both JEE Mains sessions 1 and 2. JEE Main 2025 Days 1 and 2 are now over. The cutoffs will be released based on the cap for candidates to be selected in each category, as well as several other factors. These factors include the total number of seats available in the IITs for the upcoming session, the overall number of candidates appearing for JEE Main, and the difficulty level of the exam.

The NTA JEE Mains  2025 Shift 2 paper will begin at 3 pm and end at 6 pm. The mode of the exam is online. Candidates appearing for the JEE Main 2025 Jan 24 Shift 2 paper must carry their admit card along with other documents to the exam centre.

Students are expecting good JEE Main marks in the Jan 24 Shift 1 paper. 

Many students say that Physics and Chemistry were easy to moderate and Maths was moderate to tough. Physics had several formula-based questions.

NTA has changed the pattern of the JEE Mains 2025 exam for all three papers - Paper 1 (BE/BTech), Paper 2A (BArch) and Paper 2B (BPlan). As per the new pattern, section B of the JEE Main exam 2025 for Paper 1 will not have optional questions. There will be only 5 questions per subject and is mandatory to answer. Similarly, in Papers 2A and 2B, there will be no optional questions in the Mathematics section.

JEE Main Login is the online portal provided by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for candidates appearing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. It serves as the primary platform for various exam-related activities. Candidates can access it by visiting the official website and logging in with their credentials.

NTA has announced the JEE Main 2025 Result date session 1. As per the schedule, NTA will declare the JEE Main Result 2025 by February 12. Candidates can check their results using their application number and password/date of birth. Along with the result, NTA will also announce the percentile score of candidates in each subject and aggregate.

The NTA will announce the JEE Main 2025 cutoff along with the declaration of the result of the session 2 (April) exam. JEE Main cutoff 2025 is the minimum score a candidate should have to qualify for the JEE Advanced 2025.

The Indian Institute of Technology has announced the JEE Advanced 2025 exam date on its official website. According to the schedule, the exam will be held on May 18, 2025. Registrations for JEE Advanced 2025 will start from April 23, 2025.

The JEE Main January 24, 2025 shift 1 exam has started. The gates of the exam centres are now closed for entry. The shift 1 exam will end at 12:00 pm.

Candidates were asked to show the following documents at the JEE Main 2025 exam centre entry gate:

1. A printed copy of the JEE Main 2025 admit card (all pages, on A4-size)

NTA has released the JEE Main 2025 admit card for the exams scheduled on January 28, 29, and 30. The hall ticket link was activated on Jan 23, 2025, on the official website of NTA- jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download the admit card using their application number and password. 

Candidates must reach the exam centre for the shift 1 exam by 8:30 am. After 8:30 am, no candidate will be allowed to enter the JEE Main 2025 exam centre.

• PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority is to be carried by the candidates if claiming the relaxation under the PwD category. Candidates with Physical Disability are requested to report early for facilitation during entry.
• A PwD candidate (having a physical limitation to write) who will be availing the facility of Scribe will be allowed Compensatory/ Extra time of 20 minutes per hour of the examination, whether such candidate uses the facility of Scribe or not.
• The facility of the Scribe, in case he/she has a physical limitation and a scribe is essential to write the examination on his/her behalf, being so certified in the prescribed format by a CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution.
• The facility of Scribe will be provided to the PwD candidates only if he has opted for the same in the online JEE Main 2025 application form.
• The candidate will have the discretion of opting for his own Scribe or to avail the facility of Scribe provided by the NTA. Appropriate choice in this regard has been given by the candidate in the online application form. 

As per the guidelines issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA), students appearing for JEE Main 2025 exams are required to carry their self-declaration form on the day of the exam along with other necessary documents. The JEE Mains Jan 24 exam 2025 will be held in two shifts, and candidates must reach the exam centre 2 hours before the commencement of the exam.

NTA conducts the JEE Main exam in two sessions - January and April. It also serves as a preliminary selection and eligibility test for qualifying JEE (Advanced) for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

Yes, there is a negative marking in JEE Main 2025. According to the exam pattern, candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct response, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Unattempted questions will receive no marks.
