IIM Calcutta and TalentSprint have launched a new program, AI for Leaders, aimed at empowering current and aspiring leaders with the skills to leverage AI as a strategic tool.
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta and TalentSprint have expanded their long-standing partnership with the launch of a new program: AI for Leaders. Led by Prof. Saravana Jaikumar, Associate Professor of Marketing, and Prof. Debashis Saha, Professor of Management Information Systems at IIM Calcutta, this program highlights their commitment to offering cutting-edge management education. Tailored for both current and aspiring leaders, AI for Leaders provides participants with the knowledge and tools to leverage AI as a strategic asset, driving business growth, innovation, and transformation in an increasingly AI-powered world.
This partnership also caters to the unique leadership needs of various industries. The Education Leaders' Program (EdLEAP) was designed to empower leaders in the education sector with modern tools and skills to transform their schools and academic institutions into "centres of excellence." Similarly, the Digital Business Leadership program was launched to equip current and future CXOs with the expertise to lead digital transformation, fostering innovation and sustainable growth. Both programs have become essential in preparing professionals to tackle the evolving challenges of the global marketplace.
Prof. Saibal Chattopadhyay, Director of IIM Calcutta, stated, "Our partnership with TalentSprint has been a game-changer since the launch of the fintech program. It has enabled us to expand our reach, cater to a diverse range of professionals, and foster a community of experts who are not just leaders, but visionaries. Together, we are shaping the future of executive education."
For the past six years, IIM Calcutta and TalentSprint have led the way in executive education, developing forward-thinking, industry-aligned programs that have empowered over 3,000 learners across 30 cohorts. Responding to the growing demand for new-age management professionals and leaders with the agility and foresight to steer business success in a rapidly changing world, this strategic partnership has consistently anticipated market trends and delivered innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of professionals.
Dr. Santanu Paul, Founding CEO & MD of TalentSprint, added, "Our mission is to equip professionals with the contemporary skills required to thrive and succeed in the digital age. Partnering with IIM Calcutta, a global leader in management education, has been instrumental in achieving this goal. Our programs are a testament to the power of combining academic rigor with real-world relevance, resonating our core focus on bringing forth management and leadership programs for a disrupted world.”
