IIM Nagpur Placements 2025: Highest Salary stood at INR 69.57 LPA

IIM Nagpur Placements 2025: The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM-N) celebrated a landmark year with 100% placement for its MBA Class of 2023-25. The 9th convocation ceremony, held recently on campus, highlighted the institute's achievements across gender diversity, industry recognition, and global placement opportunities.

Strong Gender Representation: 46% Women in MBA Batch

Among the 267 students graduating from the regular MBA program, 46% were women, a 3% increase from the previous batch's 43%. IIM Nagpur Director Professor Bhimaraya Metri emphasized that this reflects the institute’s commitment to building an inclusive and equitable learning environment in management education.

IIM Nagpur achieved 100% final placements for the 2023-25 batch, with top recruiters including Microsoft, Amazon, BNP Paribas, Vedanta, and others. Record Salaries and Lucrative Internships

This year saw a highest final placement salary of ₹69.57 LPA, and summer internships peaked at ₹2.70 lakh. The average CTC stood at ₹18.07 LPA for final placements and ₹89,856 for summer internships, indicating strong recruiter confidence and increasing compensation benchmarks.

Expanded MBA Programs Across Campuses

In total, 329 students completed MBA programs, including:

• 267 in the regular MBA program
• 35 in the Executive MBA (Pune Campus)
• 27 in the Executive MBA (Nagpur Campus)

During the convocation, 62 students received Executive MBA certificates, celebrating the expanding academic footprint of IIM Nagpur.

89 New Recruiters and Rising Industry Trust

Director Bhimaraya Metri attributed the placement success to the dedicated work of the Career Development Services (CDS) team and the Student Placement Committee. He also noted that 89 new recruiters participated in final placements and 98 in summer internships, a testament to the growing industry trust in IIM Nagpur’s talent pool.
