XIM MBA Eligibility Criteria and Application Process 2025
For the MBA and MMS-BF programs, candidates should possess a three-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. Applicants expecting to complete their final examinations by June 15, 2025, are also eligible to apply, provided they meet all requirements by that date.
The Executive MBA program requires candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks and a minimum of three years of executive experience as of July 1, 2025. Self-employed individuals with five or more years of experience after their qualifying degree are also eligible. Applicants must submit a Sponsorship or No Objection Certificate from their employer to pursue this program.
Admissions to these programs will be based on performance in one of several entrance exams, including XAT (January 5, 2025), CAT (November 24, 2024), GMAT (2023 or 2024), XGMT (January 25, 2025), or NMAT (December 20, 2024) for selected programs. Candidates must register separately for their chosen entrance exam in addition to completing the application process for XIM University.

Yes, aspiring students can get direct admission. Xavier University admission for undergraduate and postgraduate courses can be applied directly without an entrance exam. Applicants, for courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, LLB and BM can apply directly or attend personal interview. The selection process determines the applicants and their potential merit. Candidates are evaluated based on academic performance, active engagement and personal impacts in terms of challenges they might have faced and overcome.
The admissions for the BSc programmes at XIM University are closed. Aspiring candidates could apply through the admission portal of the university.
