As per the recent NEET UG MBBS cutoff 2025, the Round 1 closed off on rank 48 for General AI quota students. Whereas, the NEET UG Round 1 cutoff for the General AI quota students for the year 2024 closed off at 47. The same category cutoff closed off at 57 in the year 2023.

Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible if applying for courses such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others, apart from MBBS. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.

All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families. The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop and an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students.
The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. Yes, it is possible if someone don't want to apply in the existing cutoff round at AIIMS Delhi, they can go for the next round. However, it is not allowed to hold any seat.
