AYUSH Counselling 2026: Eligibility Criteria & Registration
The authority will announce the AYUSH counselling criteria online. Candidates have to check the information bulletin for the eligibility criteria to participate in AYUSH counselling 2026. Those who fulfil the minimum conditions to appear for AYUSH counselling must apply online before the registration deadline.
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board.
- NEET Qualified.
- For the BPharmacy (Ayurveda) degree programme, candidates must obtain 50 percentile (40 percentile for SC, ST and OBC) in NEET.
- Candidates with benchmark disabilities: minimum marks in NEET should be 45th percentile for GEN and 40th percentile for SC, ST, and OBC.
AYUSH 2026 Registration
The authority will activate the AYUSH registration 2026 link on the website, aaccc.gov.in. Candidates must check AYUSH eligibility criteria before applying for the counselling process. AYUSH counselling process involves registration, filling out the application, and paying the application fees. Ayush Counselling Fee 2026
Candidates have to pay the AYUSH counselling fee to complete the registration. General category students need to pay a 1,000 non-refundable Ayush counselling fee, while for SC/ST category, the fee is 500. The fee details have been provided below:

Candidates can exercise the choice filling process after completing AYUSH counselling registration and payment of the counselling fee. They will have to make a preference for streams and institutes during the AYUSH 2026 choice filling process. The preferences must be arranged in priority order. Candidates have to lock their choices as per the schedule. If they miss the deadline, the choices will be locked automatically.
Ayush 2026 Seat Allotment
AACCC will prepare the seat allotment list for various courses based on the choices filled by the candidates and their ranks in NEET 2026. Selected candidates will again have to choose whether they want to continue with the seat allotted to them or not. For this, they will have to log in to the registered accounts on the website of AACCC and choose their option.
Candidates who register for the counselling of AYUSH UG courses online will be eligible to participate in the first round of counselling. Selected candidates will have to choose whether they want to continue with the seat allotted to them or opt for upgradation. The options available for such candidates are:
Option 1: Candidate chooses to continue with the seat allotted and does not wish to participate in the next round of counselling
Option 2: Candidate chooses to continue with the seat allotted but wishes to upgrade in the next round
Option 3: Candidate chooses to resign from the seat allotted, but wants to participate in the next round
Option 4: Candidate chooses to resign from the seat allotted and wants to exit the counselling process
Candidates who have chosen option 2 or 3 will have to fill in the choices for the next round. Candidates who have chosen option 1 will have to report to the allotted institute before the last date. Failing to report before the allotted time will lead to the cancellation of their admission. They will also not be eligible to participate in the next rounds.
AYUSH 2026 Seat Matrix
The authority will release the AYUSH seat matrix online. Candidates can check the seat matrix to know the total seats available for Homoeopathy, Siddha, Ayurveda, and B.Pharma. The seats will be distributed category-wise. Candidates must check the AYUSH counselling seat matrix before the choice-filling process. AYUSH Counselling 2026: Documents Required at the Time of Joining
Candidates who are allotted seats during the AYUSH counselling must report to the admitting institute. They have to carry a few documents with them for verification purposes. Carry the original document and a photocopy of each document. After document verification candidates will have to pay the admission fees.Â
