JCECE Nursing Exam Pattern 2026
The JCECE exam pattern 2026 will provide complete details about the exam duration, language, and marking scheme. There will be 150 questions (50 from each section), and in the Post Basic Nursing exam, there will be 100 questions. For each Correct answer, +1 mark will be awarded, for each incorrect answer, -0.25 will be deducted. In case of an unattempted question, no marks will be provided. It is an offline exam which will be conducted at the designated test centres in the state of Jharkhand only.

The BSc Nursing syllabus for the post-basic programme is similar to the GNM course. The questions will be asked in MCQ format. Candidates will have to choose one answer out of the four given options. The JCECE nursing test cities are decided by the conducting body, JCECEB. They release this list in the official prospectus every year for the aspirants. The cities are replaced also sometimes, and some new names get added, and older ones are dropped.
